探讨易罐治疗眼睑痉挛的价值

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical value of silicone cupping therapy for the treatment of blepharospasm

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合西医“眼睑痉挛”诊断标准和中医“胞轮振跳”血虚生风型证候诊断标准； ②眼睑痉挛强度分级≥Ⅰ级； ③年龄≥18周岁，≤65周岁； ④患者1个月内没有使用缓解眼睑痉挛的药物。

Inclusion criteria

① In line with the diagnostic criteria of ' blepharospasm ' of modern medicine and the diagnostic criteria of ' blood deficiency stirring wind pattern blepharospasm in traditional Chinese medicine; ② blepharospasm intensity grade ≥ I ; ③ age ≥ 18 years old, ≤ 65 years old ; ④Patients did not use drugs to relieve blepharospasm within 1 month.

排除标准：

①由其他眼部疾病如结膜炎、角膜炎、倒睫等引发眼睑痉挛的患者； ②局限性癫痫； ③有严重肝肾功能障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with blepharospasm caused by other eye diseases such as conjunctivitis, keratitis, trichiasis, etc. ②Localized epilepsy ③Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction
