研究目的：

1.调查辽宁省原发性骨质疏松症患者肌少症、肌少性性肥胖及肾阳虚证的患病率与分布规律； 2.探讨肌少症及肌少性肥胖对骨质疏松症的影响； 3.研究骨质疏松症合并肌少症或及肌少性肥胖的相关因素； 4.探究肌少症、肌少性肥胖与骨质疏松症的微观机制； 5.补充阐释肾阳虚证的现代机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the prevalence and distribution of myopenia, myopenic obesity and kidney-yang deficiency in patients with primary osteoporosis in Liaoning Province; 2. To explore the effect of myopenia and obesity on osteoporosis. 3. To study the related factors of osteoporosis combined with myopenia or myopenia obesity; 4. To explore the micro-mechanism of myopenia, myopenia obesity and osteoporosis; 5. Supplement and explain the modern mechanism of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1: 符合原发性骨质疏松症的诊断；年龄在60岁与74岁间，最近10年或以上在居住地生活；能够独立完成问卷调查和体检；能够完成握力测试和6米步态速度测试者；有近三个月的骨密度及腰椎MRI检查；能够配合完成血样采集。

Inclusion criteria

1: Consistent with the diagnosis of primary osteoporosis 2: aged between 60 and 74 years old, living in the place of residence for the last 10 years or more 3: can complete the questionnaire survey and physical examination independently 4: can complete the grip strength test and 6 meters gait speed tester 5: bone mineral density and lumbar MRI examination for nearly three months 6: can cooperate to complete blood sample collection.

排除标准：

1: 不能独立站立或装有心脏起搏器、心脏支架等；严重认知障碍、精神疾病患者、绝症患者或严重急、慢性疾病患者；严重视力或听力障碍，无交流或合作能力者。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Unable to stand independently or equipped with devices such as pacemakers, cardiac stents, etc 2: individuals with severe cognitive impairment, mental illnesses, terminally ill patients, or those with severe acute or chronic illnesses 3: individuals with severe visual or hearing impairments, unable to communicate or cooperate.
