研究目的：

本研究使用温水浴治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎（KOA）患者干预前后的疼痛功能及生物力学指标的变化情况，以分析温水浴治疗寒湿痹阻型的KOA患者的临床疗效和生物力学机制。

Objectives of Study：

In this study we investigated the changes in pain function and biomechanical indexes before and after the intervention of patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) with cold-damp-paralytic obstruction using warm balneotherapy to analyze the clinical efficacy and biomechanical mechanisms of warm baths in treating KOA patients with cold-damp paralytic obstruction type.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合膝骨关节炎的诊断标准和寒湿痹阻证型标准； （2）年龄50-80岁，性别不限； （3）入组时WOMAC疼痛评分的五个项目中至少有一项在40分或以上； （4）自愿作为受试对象，并能接受试验方案，保证完成疗程者。 （5）无辅助状态下可独立行走； （6）步幅超过50cm； （7）可无辅助状态下独立完成本体感觉测试； （8）家中备有浴池可进行温水浴治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis and the criteria of cold-damp paralytic obstruction type; (2) Age 50-80 years old, gender is not limited; (3) At least one of the five items of WOMAC pain score is 40 or above at the time of enrollment; (4) Those who voluntarily serve as test subjects and are able to accept the trial protocol and ensure completion of the course of treatment. (5) Can walk independently without assistance; (6) Have a stride length of more than 50cm; (7) Can complete proprioceptive testing independently without assistance; (8) Have a bath at home for warm water bath therapy.

排除标准：

（1）合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病者； （2）过敏体质者或对多种药物过敏者； （3）精神病或老年痴呆患者； （4）不配合治疗，不按规定方案治疗者； （5）治疗局部有皮肤损伤或皮肤病者； （6）皮肤温度感觉异常者； （7）正在参加其他药物临床试验或三个月内参加过其他临床试验者； （8）行走、站立时必须佩戴腰托等影响步态分析反光光标粘贴物品的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Persons with a combination of serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems; (2) People with allergies or those who are allergic to multiple drugs; (3) Patients with mental illness or senile dementia; (4) Those who do not cooperate with the treatment and do not follow the prescribed program; (5) Those who have skin injury or skin disease in the treatment area; (6) People with abnormal skin temperature sensation; (7) Those who are participating in other drug clinical trials or have participated in other clinical trials within three months; (8) Patients who must wear a lumbar support or other items that affect the adhesion of reflective light markers for gait analysis when walking or standing.

Subjects were randomly assigned to the test and control groups in a 1:1 ratio by a statistician with no knowledge of the study based on a random sequence generated by computer software. Participants will be randomized into groups using computer-generated random sequences. The random sequences will be prepared by statisticians from the Department of Statistics Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
