研究目的：

主要研究目的：观察面碗隔药脐灸治疗心脾两虚型失眠证患者的临床疗效及安全性评价。 次要研究目的：为面碗隔药脐灸治疗心脾两虚型失眠证提供循证依据。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Mian Wan Ge Yao umbilical moxibustion on insomnia patients with heart and spleen deficiency . To provide evidence-based basis for the treatment of insomnia patients with heart and spleen deficiency with Mian Wan Ge Yao umbilical moxibustion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合关于失眠症的诊断标准； ②符合中医不寐的诊断标准及心脾两虚型的证候标准； ③治疗前匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分＞7分； ④年龄18-75周岁； ⑤患者入组前14天内未服用过镇静催眠或精神类药物，且一个月内未对失眠症进行过治疗者； ⑥自愿受试并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia; ② Meet the diagnostic criteria of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine and the syndrome standards of heart-spleen deficiency; ③ Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score > 7 before treatment; ④ Age 18-75 years old; ⑤ Patients who had not taken sedative hypnosis or psychotropic drugs within 14 days before enrollment, and had not been treated for insomnia within one month; ⑥ Volunteers who sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①神阙穴周围皮肤有破损、溃烂、炎症及感觉障碍者； ②酗酒者和（或）精神类药物依赖者和滥用者； ③合并有心血管疾病、肝肾功能等严重器质性病变及严重精神疾病患者； ④对本研究使用的中药、脐贴过敏及过敏体质者； ⑤活动性溃疡及有出血倾向者； ⑥急性期重度昏迷、意识障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

① The skin around Shenque point has damage, ulceration, inflammation and sensory disorders; (ii) alcoholics and/or psychotropic drug dependents and abusers; ③ Patients with serious organic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney function and serious mental illness; (4) People who are allergic to Chinese medicine, umbilical patch and allergic constitution used in this study; ⑤ Active ulcer and bleeding tendency; ⑥ Acute stage of severe coma, consciousness disorders.

由研究者和评价者以外的第三方人员通过SPSS 20.0软件得出随机数，并做好随机分配卡，顺序封好于随机信封中，研究开始时则按入组的先后次序拆开相应的随机信封。

盲法：

本研究无法对研究对象采用盲法，只有在设计密码、资料保管及对评价者疗效判定时由非治疗者之外的专业人员执行，减少来自研究者主管因素所造成的偏倚。
