研究目的：

以体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）为代表的辅助生殖技术，在一定程度上解决了不孕患者的生育问题。但随着年龄增长，女性生育能力逐渐下降，尤其是高龄不孕患者即使借助IVF-ET技术，也难以改善妊娠率及活产率。这与女性衰老过程中生物钟的节律变化密切相关。《黄帝内经·上古天真论》提出“七七”理论，认为女子以“七”为律，细分了年龄与女性生殖功能的关系，奠定了女性生殖衰老的中医理论基础。本次研究将分别检测女性“四七”、“五七”和“六七”年龄段的卵巢颗粒细胞中BMAL1、CLOCK、CRY1、CRY2、PER1、PER2、PER3、Rev-erb-α（Nr1d1）、Rev-erb-β（Nr1d2）、RORα、RORβ、RORγ 的表达水平，探究其表达差异性，为现有的研究提供更多参考，同时丰富了“七七”理论的科学内涵，为“七七”理论临床应用提供理论依据，以期为临床患者提供更精准的治疗方案，以及规避高龄所带来的生育风险和经济问题。

Objectives of Study：

Assisted reproductive technology, represented by in vitro fertilisation-embryo transfer (IVF-ET), has solved the fertility problem of infertile patients to a certain extent. However, as women age, their fertility gradually declines, and especially senior infertile patients have difficulty in improving their pregnancy rate and live birth rate even with the help of IVF-ET technology. This is closely related to the rhythmic changes of the biological clock during female aging. The theory of "seven sevens" was put forward in the Huangdi Neijing (The Ancient of Days), which suggests that a woman has seven sevens as her rhythms, and breaks down the relationship between age and female reproductive function, thus laying down the theoretical basis of Chinese medicine for female reproductive aging. PER1, PER2, PER3, Rev-erb-α (Nr1d1), Rev-erb-β (Nr1d2), RORα, RORβ, RORγ in ovarian granulosa cells of the "five-seven" and "six-seven" age groups, and to explore the expression differences and to provide more references for the existing research, and at the same time to enrich the scientific connotation of the theory of the "seven-seven". At the same time, it enriches the scientific connotation of the "7-7" theory and provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application of the "7-7" theory, with a view to providing more accurate treatment plans for clinical patients and avoiding the risks of fertility and economic problems caused by advanced age.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合不孕症诊断标准 ②均选取由于女方输卵管因素而接受IVF-ET助孕的对象 ③体重指数( body mass index,BMI) 处于 18～28kg/m2 ④28≤年龄≤48 岁 ⑤促卵泡激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)≤10IU/L ⑥治疗前三个月未使用激素类药物 ⑦符合《人类辅助生殖技术规范》

Inclusion criteria

①Meet the diagnostic criteria of infertility ②All of them are selected to receive IVF-ET due to female tubal factor. ③Body mass index (BMI) is 18-28kg/m2. ④Age ≤28 years old ≤48 years old. ⑤Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) ≤10IU/L. ⑥No follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in the three months before treatment. ⑥Not using hormone drugs in the three months before the treatment. ⑦Comply with the Code of Assisted Human Reproduction Technology.

排除标准：

①合并子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病、卵巢肿瘤、多囊卵巢综合征、盆腔炎等影响卵巢功能的疾病 ②遗传因素所致不孕症 ③既往反复性流产病史、卵巢手术史、恶性肿瘤放化疗史 ④自身免疫性疾病、内分泌异常疾病、其他系统慢性疾病和严重器质性疾病 ⑤女方生殖道解剖结构异常不具备妊娠功能 ⑥女方患有严重躯体或精神疾病不能承受妊娠者

Exclusion criteria：

①Combined with endometriosis, adenomyosis, ovarian tumour, polycystic ovary syndrome, pelvic inflammatory disease and other diseases affecting ovarian function ②Infertility caused by genetic factors ③History of repeated miscarriages, ovarian surgery, radiotherapy for malignant tumours. ④Autoimmune diseases, endocrine abnormalities, other chronic diseases and serious organic diseases. ⑤The female partner's reproductive tract has abnormal anatomical structure and does not have the function of pregnancy. ⑥The woman suffers from serious physical or mental diseases that cannot bear pregnancy.
