研究目的：

本研究拟通过搭建多中心病例信息登记平台，建立基于真实世界研究针灸治疗IBS-D数据库，通过构建可以用于长期随访的针灸干预IBS-D队列，挖掘真实世界环境下针灸干预疗效的作用规律，评价真实世界环境下江苏省中医药管理局IBS-D针灸标准化诊疗方案（简称标准化方案）的疗效优势，并通过成本-效益分析评估针灸的卫生经济学特点。

Objectives of Study：

This study plans to build a multi center case information registration platform establish a real world based acupuncture and moxibustion treatment IBS-D database build a acupuncture and moxibustion intervention IBS-D queue that can be used for long-term follow-up explore the rule of action of acupuncture and moxibustion intervention efficacy in the real world environment and evaluate the efficacy advantages of the IBS-D acupuncture and moxibustion standardized diagnosis and treatment program hereinafter referred to as the standardized program of Jiangsu Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the real world environment The health economics characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion were evaluated through cost-benefit analysis

纳入标准：

1: 符合IBS罗马Ⅳ诊断标准，腹泻型； 2: 电子结肠镜未见器质性病变； 3: 本人理解研究内容，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1:   Meets the diagnostic criteria of IBS Rome IV, diarrhea type 2:   Electronic colonoscopy showed no organic lesions 3:   Understand the research content and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

正在参与其他临床研究的患者。

Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
