研究目的：

通过临床试验证实四味消疲饮可降低运动集训人员的疲劳发生率，为该方案的推广使用提供循证医学证据；通过中医体质辨识，初步掌握中医体质与运动性疲劳的相关性。

Objectives of Study：

To prove that Si-wei-Xiao-Pi-Yin can reduce the incidence of fatigue of sports training personnel through clinical trials and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the promotion and use of the program; To master the correlation between TCM constitution and exercise fatigue through the identification of TCM constitution.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

药物成份：黄芪、枸杞子、淫羊藿、马齿苋

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Ingredients: Astragalus Wolfberry Epimedium Purslane

纳入标准：

(1)男性，年龄18-25周岁；(2)既往健康，无慢性病；(3)同意参与抽样调查并顺利完成抽样调查；(4) 签署知情同意书、同意参与临床试验并能够按计划完成后续训练项目；(5)中医辨证需为虚证。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Male aged 18-25 years old; (2) Healthy in the past no chronic diseases; (3) Agree to participate in the sample survey and successfully complete the sample survey;(4) Sign informed consent agree to participate in clinical trials and be able to complete follow-up training programs as planned; (5) TCM syndrome differentiation needs to be deficiency syndrome.

排除标准：

(1)不能配合抽样调查或存在严重心理障碍；(2)近1周出现各类伤病，如呼吸道、消化道感染，骨折或严重软组织伤等；(3)既往存在贫血、运动功能障碍、慢性心肺疾病等重要脏器疾病；(4)一周内有饮酒史、药物服用史(包括中药);（5）对四味消疲饮任意成分过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Can not cooperate with the sampling survey or there are serious psychological disorders; (2) All kinds of injuries such as respiratory tract and digestive tract infection fracture or severe soft tissue injury in the past 1 week; (3) Anemia motor dysfunction chronic heart and lung disease and other important organ diseases in the past; (4) A history of drinking alcohol and taking drugs (including Chinese medicine) within a week; (5) Allergic to any ingredient of Si-wei-Xiao-Pi-Yin
