研究目的：

目前关于中医耳穴压豆在妊娠期睡眠障碍的应用效果的相关研究尚少，本研究基于此情况开展课题，通过前瞻性干预性临床研究，评估中医耳穴压豆对妊娠期睡眠障碍的疗效及其改善睡眠的相关性机制。

Objectives of Study：

At present there are few relevant studies on the application effect of TCM auricular point pressure on sleep disorders during pregnancy. Based on this situation this study carried out a project to evaluate the effect of TCM auricular point pressure on sleep disorders during pregnancy and the related mechanism of improving sleep through prospective interventional clinical studies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准：1、孕 13周后我院产检孕妇；2、孕前未患有重大疾病、不伴有其他孕期并发症；3、18.5≤体重指数＜28；4、年龄20-40 岁；5、单胎妊娠；6、初中及以上文化水平;7、孕妇具备正常的读写理解能力，意识清楚，能够配合研究独立完成问卷调查;8、患者及家属知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Prenatal examination of pregnant women in our hospital after 13 weeks of pregnancy; 2. No serious disease or other pregnancy complications before pregnancy; 3 18.5≤ BMI < 28; 4 age 20-40 years old; 5. Single pregnancy; 6 junior high school and above cultural level; 7. Pregnant women have normal reading and writing ability clear consciousness and can cooperate with the research to complete the questionnaire independently; 8. Informed consent of patients and their families.

排除标准：

1、孕前有睡眠障碍；2、既往有糖尿病、高血压、心脏病、偏头痛、神经系统病变等内外科合并症病史；3、评估具有早产风险及同时合并妊娠期相关疾病者;4、口服镇静类药物；5、耳廓有炎症等异常；6、习惯性流产者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 sleep disorders before pregnancy; 2. History of medical and surgical complications such as diabetes hypertension heart disease migraine and neurological diseases; 3 to assess the risk of preterm birth and pregnancy related diseases; 4 oral sedative drugs; 5. Auricle inflammation and other abnormalities; 6. Habitual abortion.

由研究人员发放问卷，选取在研究医院产检的孕30周后有睡眠障碍（PSQI＞6分）的孕妇，随机分为对照组、观察组、安慰剂组，各50例。
