研究目的：

通过收集的资料进行统计学分析，通过研究中西医治疗及单纯西医治疗儿童原发性单症状夜遗尿症疗效研究，探索中西医联合治疗的疗效，进一步指导遗尿症患儿临床治疗。

Objectives of Study：

Through statistical analysis of collected data and a study on the efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment versus Western medicine-only treatment for primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis in children we aim to explore the therapeutic effects of the combined treatment approach and further guide clinical treatment for children with enuresis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥5岁~14岁; (2)平均每周至少2次夜间不自主排尿，持续3个月以上。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Age ≥5 ~14 years old; (2) lnvoluntary nighttime urination at least twice a week on average for more than 3 months.

排除标准：

(1)除外伴神经系统疾病、泌尿系统畸形、泌尿系统感染、糖尿病、尿崩症等继发疾病; (2)除外伴随白天漏尿、滴尿等伴随症状者。 入组病例均签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

Excluding those with: (1) Secondary diseases such as neurological disorders urinary tract malformations urinary tract infections diabetes and diabetes insipidus; (2) Accompanying symptoms such as daytime incontinence or dribbling urine. All enrolled patients have signed informed consent forms.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用CRF表收集数据，由3名研究员完成，并由1名研究者进行核查，最终数据由2名研究者将上述数据库录入并提交至国际传统医学临床试验注册平台。
