研究目的：

评估单次刮痧治疗非特异性下腰痛的作用效果，探讨其可能的作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

We to evaluate the effect of single scraping therapy on nonspecific low back pain and explore its possible mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合NLBP诊断标准； 2. 年龄18~35周岁，性别不限； 3. 病程2周以上； 4. VAS积分≥4分； 5. 自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Compliance with NLBP diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged 18-35 years, gender is not limited; 3. The course of disease is more than 2 weeks; 4. VAS points >= 4 points; 5. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 受试前2周内接受过与本病相关的治疗； 2. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女，合并有心脑血管、肝、肾、恶性肿瘤和造血系统等原发性疾病，精神病患者； 3. 有脊柱手术或脊柱骨折史； 4. 刮痧治疗部位有严重皮肤损伤或皮肤病者； 5. 入组前1个月内参加过其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Receiving any treatment related to the disease within 2 prior to the trial; 2. Pregnant or lactating women, patients with cardio-cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, malignant tumors and hematopoietic system diseases, psychiatric patients; 3. History of spinal surgery or fracture; 4. Patients with severe skin injury or dermatosis at the site of scraping treatment; 5. Patients who participated in other clinical trials within one month prior to the trial.
