研究目的：

评价针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症/子宫腺肌病及其相关不孕症的疗效，为临床运用针灸治疗该病提供试验依据。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of endometriosis, adenomyosis, and related infertility.To provide reliable evidence-based medicine for clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of endometriosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合子宫内膜异位症/子宫腺肌病的中西医诊断标准； (2)22岁—45岁女性； (3)未接受子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病相关治疗至少3个月； (4)受试者知情，并自愿签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for endometriosis / adenomyosis; (2) 22-45 years old female; (3) No treatment related to endometriosis and adenomyosis for at least 3 months; (4) The subjects were informed and voluntarily signed informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)合并有多囊卵巢综合症、恶性肿瘤、生殖器官畸形或生理缺陷等； (2)3个月内使用过其他药物治疗者； (3)曾出现晕针、严重惧针等其他不适合针灸治疗者； (4)不能使用GnRH-a治疗者； (5)妊娠期或哺乳期患者； (6)合并心血管、肝、肾或造血系统等严重原发疾病，传染病，精神病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)They were complicated with polycystic ovary syndrome, malignant tumor, reproductive organ malformation or physiological defects; (2)Those who have used other drugs within 3 months; (3)There have been needle fainting, serious fear of needle and other people who are not suitable for acupuncture treatment; (4)Those who cannot be treated with GnRH-a; (5)Pregnant or lactating patients; (6)Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system, infectious diseases and mental diseases.
