研究目的：

评价超声引导下星状神经节阻滞联合耳穴贴压治疗髋关节置换患者术后睡眠障碍的安全性和有效性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of postoperative sleep disturbance in patients with hip arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄18～75岁。 2.我院择期在腰硬联合麻醉下初次行髋关节置换手术的患者。 3.BMI18～28 kg/m^2。 4.ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级。 5.获得受试者的知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 75 years. 2. Patients in our hospital who underwent hip replacement surgery for the first time under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. 3. BMI 18-28kg/m^2. 4. ASA I- II grades. 5. Obtain the informed consent of the subjects and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.术前PSQI评分≥6分； 2.患中枢神经系统疾病； 3.患精神疾病无法沟通； 4.连续滥用阿片类药物、苯二氮卓类药物、酒精和其他已知会影响睡眠结构的药物； 5.对局麻药过敏、凝血功能异常、穿刺部位感染或血肿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative PSQI>=6; 2. Suffering from central nervous system diseases; 3. Inability to communicate with mental illness; 4. Continuous abuse of opioids, benzodiazepines, alcohol and other drugs known to affect the structure of sleep; 5. Allergic to local anesthetics, abnormal coagulation, infection at the puncture site, or hematoma.
