研究目的：

主要目的：验证新型罐疗法治疗阳虚质颈型颈椎病的有效性优于传统刮痧治疗，为新型罐疗法临床推广提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To verify the effectiveness of the new cupping therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of Yang deficiency type, which is better than the traditional scraping therapy, and to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical promotion of the new cupping therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.同时符合西医诊断标准和体质诊断标准； 2.疼痛时间1周～6个月； 3.NRS（疼痛数字评分）>3分； 4.年龄：18～65岁； 5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. At the same time, it meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and constitution; 2. The duration of pain was 1 week to 6 months; 3. NRS > 3; 4. Aged 18 to 65 years; 5. Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有颈部受伤史、手术史、皮肤破损、感染、凝血功能障碍者； 2.有严重心、肺等重要脏器功能障碍； 3.颈部有肿瘤、结核、颈椎不稳、脊髓型颈椎病者； 4.处于哺乳或妊娠期； 5.无法配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with history of neck injury, operation, skin damage, infection and coagulation dysfunction; 2. Severe dysfunction of heart, lung and other important organs; 3. Cervical cancer, tuberculosis, cervical instability and cervical spondylotic myelopathy were found; 4. During lactation or pregnancy; 5. Can't cooperate.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用简单随机化对研究对象分组，由一名不参与研究的治疗师依次编好1～46序号，用excel产生1～46之间不重复的随机数字，按随机数字出现的顺序与已经编号的1～46序号对应排列，随机数字1～23为传统刮痧组（对照组），24～46为新型罐疗组，然后制定随机分配卡（包括序号～随机数字～组别～治疗方案）。

The subjects were divided into two groups by simple randomization. A therapist who did not participate in the study compiled the serial numbers of 1-46 in turn. The non repetitive random numbers between 1-46 were generated by Excel.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：
