主要目的：拟开展真实世界背景下膝骨关节炎现状的多中心的调查研究，对临床上膝骨关节炎患者人群进行大规模调研，建立膝骨关节炎的临床实际应用医院登记的研究、质控、数据管理和统计分析平台。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To carry out a multi-center investigation and research on the current situation of knee osteoarthritis in the real world background, to conduct a large-scale survey of the clinical knee osteoarthritis patient population, and to establish the clinical application of knee osteoarthritis. control, data management and statistical analysis platform.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.近1个月内反复的膝关节疼痛； 2.X线片（站立位或负重位）示关节间隙变窄、软骨下骨硬化和（或）囊性变、关节边缘骨赘形成； 3.年龄≥50岁； 4.晨僵时间≤30min； 5.活动时有骨摩擦音（感）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Repeated knee pain in the past 1 month; 2. X-ray films (standing or weight-bearing) show narrowing of the joint space, subchondral bone sclerosis and (or) cystic degeneration, and the formation of osteophytes at the joint edge; 3. Age >= 50 years old; 4. Morning stiffness time<=30min; 5. There is a bone friction sound (sense) when moving.

排除标准：

不符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The research group is responsible for the data collection and management of this study to ensure the authenticity, integrity, privacy and traceability of the data.
