明确一指禅推太溪穴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的脑功能作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the mechanism of brain function in treating knee osteoarthritis by Pushing Taixi Point with One Finger Pushing Manipulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合膝关节骨性关节炎诊断标准； ②年龄在45-65岁； ③中学文化以上学历； ④体重指数(BMI)在20～24 范围内； ⑤均为右利手； ⑥签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conformity the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; 2. The age is 45-65 years old; 3. Middle school education or above; 4. Body mass index (BMI) was in the range of 20 ~ 24; 5. All are right-handed; 6. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

体内有金属残留、纹身者；脑内明显病灶；不能进行MRI 扫描者；大量饮酒、滥用药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: metal residues and tattoos in the body; Obvious lesions in brain; Unable to perform MRI scanning; Heavy drinkers and drug abusers.
