研究目的：

1.1了解掌握我院规培生心肺功能、精神心理及中医体质等健康情况。 1.2在国家倡导体医融合的背景下，构建融合心肺运动试验（CPET）、精神心理评估及中医体质评估于一体，以规培生为代表的健康或亚健康等重点人群的中西医结合心脏健康评估模式。 1.3探索心肺运动试验相关数据与精神心理评估积分及中医体质之间的关联性。

Objectives of Study：

1.1 To understand and master the health status of cardiopulmonary function, mental psychology and TCM constitution of the students in our hospital. 1.2 Under the background of the national advocacy of the integration of sports and medicine, a cardiac health assessment model of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was constructed, which integrates cardiopulmonary exercise test ( CPET ), psychological assessment and TCM constitution assessment. 1.3 To explore the correlation between cardiopulmonary exercise test data and psychological assessment score and TCM constitution.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究是一项选取以规培生为健康/亚健康人群的代表，开展心肺运动试验（CPET）、精神心理评估及中医体质评估等的健康概况的诊断性横断面研究。研究将首先筛选符合纳入标准且不符合排除标准的目标人群，在保证受试者隐私和事先签署知情同意书的基础上，邀请受试者填写《国际体力活动问卷(I-PAQ)》、《中医体质分类与判定表》、《焦虑自评量表（SDS）》、《抑郁自评量表（SAS）》、《睡眠状况自评量表（SRSS）》，完成上述量表填写后，邀请受试者参与心肺运动试验。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study is a diagnostic cross-sectional study on the health profile of cardiopulmonary exercise test ( CPET ), mental and psychological assessment and TCM constitution assessment, which selected the students as the representative of healthy / sub-healthy people. The study will first screen the target population that meets the inclusion criteria and does not meet the exclusion criteria. On the basis of ensuring the privacy of the subjects and signing the informed consent in advance, the subjects will be invited to fill out the ' International Physical Activity Questionnaire ( I-PAQ ) ', ' TCM Constitution Classification and Judgment Form ', ' Self-rating Anxiety Scale ( SDS ) ', ' Self-rating Depression Scale ( SAS ) ', ' Self-rating Sleep Status Scale ( SRSS ) '. After completing the above scales, the subjects will be invited to participate in cardiopulmonary exercise test.

纳入标准：

（1）自愿参与本调查研究，并签署知情同意书者； （2）20≤年龄≤35 周岁； （3）性别：不限； （4）无心脑血管疾病，心肺运动测试时无明显不适，可有轻度血压异常，无运动禁忌症； （5）无精神疾病病史，具有一定的理解能力、沟通能力； （6）受试者基本信息、相关量表及体质辨识信息完整者。

Inclusion criteria

( 1 ) Voluntary participation in this study, and signed informed consent. ( 2 ) 20 ≤ age ≤ 35 years old ; ( 3 ) Gender : unlimited ( 4 ) No cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, no obvious discomfort during cardiopulmonary exercise test, mild abnormal blood pressure, no exercise contraindications ; ( 5 ) no history of mental illness, with a certain understanding, communication skills ; ( 6 ) Subjects with complete basic information, related scales and physical identification information.

排除标准：

（1）年龄在 20 岁以下，35 岁以上者； （2）不能对自己身体状况做出客观评价者； （3）患有严重心血管疾病、肌肉骨骼系统疾病或运动禁忌证； （4）近期患有感冒、贫血等其它可能继发疲劳感疾病者； （5）顽固性失眠、癫痫、脊髓病等精神神经系统等疾病不能配合者； （6）试验前服用影响心肺功能药物的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

( 1 ) under the age of 20, over the age of 35 ; ( 2 ) can not make an objective evaluation of their physical condition ; ( 3 ) suffering from severe cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal system disease or contraindications to exercise ; ( 4 ) recent suffering from colds, anemia and other diseases that may be secondary to fatigue ; ( 5 ) Refractory insomnia, epilepsy, spinal cord disease and other mental diseases such as nervous system can not cooperate ; ( 6 ) Subjects who took drugs affecting cardiopulmonary function before the test.
