New Treatment Measure Clinical Study

研究目的:

开展经皮耳穴电刺激(taVNS)临床治疗MCI随机对照研究,观察其疗效;采集多模态脑影像数据,从以认知为中心的脑网络、神经递质?-氨基丁酸及谷氨酸、脑血流灌注以及静息态脑电信号多方面多维度探索taVNS治疗MCI的脑机制,验证假说:taVNS通过调节前脑岛-楔前叶-背外侧前额皮质神经环路改善认知功能。

Objectives of Study:

Carry out transcutaneous auricular electrical stimulation (taVNS) clinical treatment of MCI randomized controlled study to observe its efficacy; collect multi-modal brain imaging data, from the cognitive-centric brain network, neurotransmitter?-aminobutyric acid and glutamic acid, Cerebral blood perfusion and resting state EEG signals to explore the brain mechanism of taVNS in the treatment of MCI in multiple aspects and to verify the hypothesis: taVNS improves cognitive function by regulating the forebrain insula-precuneus-dorsolateral prefrontal cortex neural circuit.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

纳入标准:

1.符合MCI诊断标准; 2.年龄65-85岁; 3.汉族,右利手; 4.MoCA-B评分:受教育年限≤6年,评分≤19分;7-12年,评分≤22分;>12年,评分≤24分; 5.同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the MCI diagnostic criteria; 2. Age 65-85 years old; 3. Han nationality, right-handed; 4. MoCA-B score: years of education<= 6 years, score <= 19; 7-12 years, score <= 22; > 12 years, score <= 24; 5. Agree to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.痴呆; 2.神经系统疾病:脑血管病、脑炎、脑肿瘤、脑外伤、癫痫、帕金森病等其它导致认知下降的神经系统疾病; 3.代谢性疾病:贫血、甲状腺功能异常、叶酸及维生素B12缺乏等导致认知功能下降; 4.严重的精神疾病,如重度抑郁等; 5.煤气中毒病史; 6.全身麻醉病史; 7.患有急性或严重威胁生命的疾病; 8.严重的视力、听力或语言问题不能完成神经心理评估; 9.服用精神类药物或药物滥用; 10.有核磁共振检查禁忌症(心脏起搏器、金属关节)。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Dementia; 2. Nervous system diseases: cerebrovascular disease, encephalitis, brain tumor, brain trauma, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and other neurological diseases that cause cognitive decline; 3. Metabolic diseases: Anemia, abnormal thyroid function, folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiency, etc. lead to cognitive decline; 4. Severe mental illness, such as severe depression; 5. History of gas poisoning; 6. History of general anesthesia; 7. Suffering from acute or serious life-threatening diseases; 8. Severe vision, hearing or language problems cannot complete neuropsychological assessment; 9. Taking psychotropic drugs or drug abuse; 10. There are contraindications for MRI (pacemaker, metal joints).
