研究目的：

1.观察腹部艾灸对脊柱手术患者术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响； 2.观察腹部艾灸对脊柱手术患者术后肠道菌群结构的调节作用，为脊柱手术术后腹部艾灸治疗提供参考依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the effect of abdominal moxibustion on gastrointestinal function recovery after spinal surgery; 2. To observe the regulatory effect of abdominal moxibustion on intestinal microflora structure of patients undergoing spine surgery, and to provide reference for abdominal moxibustion treatment after spine surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.择期在气管内全麻下行脊柱手术的患者； 2.年龄18-65岁； 3.美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级为Ⅰ-Ⅲ级； 4.在本研究相关程序开始前，病人对本研究已充分了解并自愿签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing elective spinal surgery under endotracheal general anesthesia; 2. Age 18-65; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade ⅰ - ⅲ; 4. The patient had fully understood the study and voluntarily signed a written informed consent before the study began.

排除标准：

1.对艾灸过敏、对艾灸抗拒无法完成治疗或在本研究所涉及的穴位体表区域存在疾病导致无法施行艾灸者； 2.术前有意识、认知、视觉、听觉障碍或医患交流困难，无法配合完成胃肠功能测定； 3.合并肠道功能性、器质性病变者； 4.自身存在严重影响胃肠动力的疾病、糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进及减退、免疫缺陷、肠寄生虫病、重度低蛋白血症(白蛋白＜30g/L)、严重电解质紊乱如低钾血症（血K+＜2.5mmol/L）、外伤致T6及以下骨折可能引起内脏运动神经损伤者； 5.近2周内应用大量激素或非类固醇抗炎制剂、影响电解质代谢的药物； 6.术前同时应用影响本研究疗效评价药物（如思密达、得舒特、西沙必利等）的患者； 7.既往有精神分裂症、帕金森病史或癫痫病史； 8.拒绝参加本实验研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are allergic to moxibustion and resistant to moxibustion cannot be treated or those who are unable to perform moxibustion due to diseases existing in the surface area of acupoints involved in this study; 2. Preoperative conscious cognitive, visual and auditory impairment or doctor-patient communication difficulties, unable to complete gastrointestinal function measurement; 3. Patients with intestinal functional organic lesions; 4. Diabetes, hyperthyroidism and hypoimmune deficiency intestinal parasitic diseases with severe hypoproteinemia (albumin & LT; 30g/L) severe electrolyte disturbances such as hypokalemia (blood K+< 2.5mmol/L) traumatic T6 and below fracture may cause visceral motor nerve injury; 5. A large number of hormones or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents were used in the last 2 weeks to affect electrolyte metabolism; 6. Patients who were simultaneously treated preoperatively with drugs that affected the efficacy evaluation of this study (such as Smecta, dexide, cisapride, etc.); 7. Previous history of schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease or epilepsy; 8. Refused to participate in this experiment.
