研究目的：

评价补肾中成药用于体外受精-胚胎移植对其子代生长及行为发育的影响，进一步评价对子代远期安全性的影响

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the effect of Chinese patent medicine for invigorating the kidney, on the growth and behavioral development of offspring from in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (2) To further evaluate the effect on the long-term safety of offspring

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）参与滋肾育胎丸在体外受精-胚胎移植治疗中应用的随机、双盲、安慰剂平行对照、多中心临床研究受试者所分娩的子代； （2）月龄为66±3个月或者78±3个月； （3）监护人同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

（1）The offspring of subjects who participated in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center clinical study of Zishen Yutai pill used in in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer treatment; （2）The monthly age is 66±3 months or 78±3 months; （3）The guardian agrees to participate in this study and signs an informed consent form.
