研究目的：

（1）探索研究循经筋取穴针刺联合超声引导下星状神经节阻滞治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效及安全性。 (2) 创新一种治疗阿尔茨海默的操作技术即循经筋取穴针刺联合超声引导下星状神经节阻滞，为后期进一步探索研究提供前期研究基础。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture along the meridians and tendons combined with ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. (2) To innovate an operation technique for Alzheimer's treatment, namely acupuncture along the meridians and tendons combined with ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block, to provide a preliminary research basis for further exploration and research in the later stage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合诊断标准，MoCA评分中度的阿尔茨海默病患者 （2）年龄在 50~85 岁之间的患者。 （3）能配合治疗者 （4）家属签署知情同意书，志愿受试。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Alzheimer's disease patients who meet the diagnostic criteria and have a moderate MoCA score (2) Patients aged between 50 and 85 years old. (3) Those who can cooperate with the treatment (4) The family members signed the informed consent and volunteered to be tested.

排除标准：

（1）轻度和重度阿尔茨海默病患者 （2）病人拒绝或针刺及局麻穿刺部位感染 （2）严重心肺功能不全; （3）血糖控制不佳的糖尿病病人; （4）对本研究中所用药物过敏或不适合神经阻滞病人。 （5）经研究者判断不能配合完成研究的患者; （6）陪护或家属与患者共同居住不满6个月 （7）金属过敏或严重惧针者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with mild and severe Alzheimer's disease (2) The patient refuses or the acupuncture and local anesthesia puncture site is infected (2) Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; (3) Diabetic patients with poor blood sugar control; (4) Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study or who are not suitable for nerve block. (5) Patients who are judged by the investigator to be unable to cooperate with the completion of the study; (6) Accompanying or family members living together with the patient for less than 6 months (7) Those with metal allergy or severe fear of needles.
