研究目的：

通过研究证明急性期介入风池穴“温通针法”联合常规针药结合治疗风寒袭络型面瘫病是一种可靠的方法，阐释风池穴“温通针法”对临床实践的指导作用。同时，试从脑区激活相关性比较其异同,试图从可视化的角度，从神经科学及脑科学角度部分揭示针灸的作用机制,从而对针灸的现代化和针灸临床疗效的提高产生积极的作用。

Objectives of Study：

Studies have proved that the acute phase intervention in Fengchi (GB20) acupoint "Wentong acupuncture method" combined with conventional acupuncture and medicine is a reliable method for the treatment of wind-cold collateral-type facial paralysis and explained the guiding effect of Fengchi (GB20) acupoint "Wentong-acupuncture method" on clinical practice . At the same time, try to compare the similarities and differences from the correlation of brain activation, try to reveal the mechanism of acupuncture from the perspective of visualization, neuroscience and brain science, so as to have a positive effect on the modernization of acupuncture and the improvement of the clinical efficacy of acupuncture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合本病中西医诊断标准，且中医证型分型属风寒袭络证；H-B分级III-VI级。 ②首诊时病程在3天以内者； ③年龄在18～65岁之间，未进行除本研究外其他治疗者； ④符合磁共振检查要求； ⑤右利手患者； ⑥了解并自愿参加本试验，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for this disease, and the TCM syndrome type is wind-cold attacking collaterals; H-B grade III-VI. 2. Those whose disease course was within 3 days at the first visit; 3. Those who are between 18 and 65 years old and have not undergone any treatment other than this study; 4. Meet the requirements of magnetic resonance inspection; 5. Right-handed patients; 6. Understand and voluntarily participate in this trial, and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①虽有周围性面瘫，但作为其它疾病的一个症状表现，如桥小脑角肿瘤脑干病变、外伤及格林-巴利综合征等及亨特综合征的患者； ②合并严重的心脑血管、肝肾、造血系统等原发性疾病，以及糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、精神病患者； ③妊娠或哺乳期妇女； ④现阶段面部皮肤有明显感染症状者； ⑤烤瓷牙、头颅颈部金属植入物、肿瘤、幽闭恐惧症、心脏起搏器佩戴者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Although there is peripheral facial paralysis, it is a symptom of other diseases, such as cerebellopontine angle tumors, brainstem lesions, trauma, Guillain-Barre syndrome, and Hunter syndrome; 2. Patients with severe cardio-cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, hematopoietic system and other primary diseases, as well as diabetes, malignant tumors, and mental illness; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those who have obvious symptoms of facial skin infection at this stage; 5. Porcelain teeth, metal implants in the head and neck, tumors, claustrophobia, and pacemaker wearers.
