研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探讨电针刺激对控制性低中心静脉压下腹腔镜肝切除手术中血流动力学等的影响，为中医适宜技术在围术期的推广应用提供科学的依据。 2. 次要目的：探讨电针刺激对腹腔镜肝切除手术患者组织灌注的影响，其他术后并发症的发生率以及对患者预后的影响

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture stimulation on haemodynamics etc. in laparoscopic hepatectomy under controlled low central venous pressure and to provide a scientific basis for the promotion and application of Chinese medicine appropriate technology in the perioperative period. 2. Secondary objective: to explore the effects of electroacupuncture stimulation on tissue perfusion in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy the incidence of other postoperative complications and the effects on patients' prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

性别不限，BMI 18 ~ 30 kg∕m2；年龄 18 ~ 64 岁；ASA 分级I ~ III级，Child⁃ Pugh 分级 A 或 B 级；自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书;符合肝切除手术适应证（小于5厘米的原发性肝癌，良性肝脏肿瘤肝脏转移癌，大型或症状明显的肝囊肿，肝脏损伤等）

Inclusion criteria

Sex: any gender BMI 18-30 kg/m2 age: 18-64 years ASA class I-III Child ⁃ Pugh class A or B volunteering to participate in the study and signing an informed consent form Meet the indications for hepatic resection (primary liver cancer less than 5 cm benign liver tumours metastatic cancer of the liver large or symptomatic liver cysts liver injuries etc.)

排除标准：

怀孕或哺乳期; 已知对研究中使用的任何药物过敏；血红蛋白(Hb) < 90 g/L；体重指数(BMI) > 30 kg/m2或<18 kg/m2;原发性高血压血压>180 mmHg，或未服用任何药物的原发性高血压甚至>180 mmHg；肝功能分级大于Child- Pugh B，肾功能异常(肌酸，Cr > 178 μmol/ L)；心、肾等重要器官有严重的器质性病变;既往有肝脏手术史；患有精神类疾病，无法进行简单的沟通交流，配合完成实验;凝血有严重的功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

pregnancy or lactation; known allergy to any drug used in the study; haemoglobin (Hb) < 90 g/L; body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m2 or < 18 kg/m2; primary hypertension blood pressure > 180 mmHg or even > 180 mmHg in primary hypertension without taking any medication; liver function classification > Child- Pugh B renal function abnormalities (creatine Cr > 178 μmol/ L); severe organic lesions in vital organs such as heart and kidney; previous history of liver surgery; mental illnesses that prevented simple communication and cooperation in completing the experiments; and severe dysfunction in blood coagulation.
