研究目的：

研究原创性五音和二十五音调式乐曲治疗耳鸣的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of original pentatonic music and twenty-five tone music for the treatment of tinnitus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①耳鸣为第一主诉者； ②符合中医辨证分型者； ③18—70岁患者（性别不限，包括18岁、70岁）； ④有或无听力下降,若有为感音神经性； ⑤自愿加入本研究，愿意服从治疗方案及流程，完成治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

① Tinnitus as the first chief complaint; ② Consistent with TCM syndrome differentiation and classification; ③ Patients aged 18-70 years (gender not restricted, including those aged 18, 70 years; ④ Sensorineural with or without hearing loss; ⑤ Voluntarily join in this study, willing to obey the treatment protocol and process, completed the treatment.

排除标准：

①他觉性耳鸣者; ②年龄在8岁以下或70岁以上，或妊娠期、哺乳期妇女; ③血管源性、肌源性等客观性耳鸣; ④听觉系统其他病变如：听神经瘤等; ⑤非耳源性如内分泌、血液等其他因素引起的耳鸣； ⑥全身基础情况较差,或合并有严重糖尿病、严重心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能损害、恶性肿瘤以及血液系统等疾病者; ⑦研究过程中未遵照医嘱而接受其他治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

① objective tinnitus; ② Age under 8 years or over 70 years, or pregnant, lactating women; ③ Objective tinnitus such as vasogenic or myogenic; ④ Other lesions of the auditory system such as: acoustic neuroma, etc; ⑤ Tinnitus caused by other factors of non otogenic origin such as endocrine, blood, etc; ⑥ Poor general base condition, or those with combined severe diabetes mellitus, severe cardio cerebrovascular disease, hepatic and renal impairment, malignancy, as well as hematologic and other diseases; ⑦ Received other treatment for failure to follow medical advice during the study.
