研究目的：

针灸和康复技术对于中风后偏瘫的平衡功能恢复具有肯定的疗效，但尚无成型的优化组合方案。本课题以国内外公认最新功能量表积分作为评价标准，探讨治疗脑卒中后偏瘫平衡功能障碍的优化技术方案。

Objectives of Study：

Acupuncture and rehabilitation medicine have a positive effect on the balance function of hemiplegia after strokebut there is no optimized combination scheme.Study adapts the latest function scale as the evaluation standard.To explore the optimal technical scheme for treating hemiplegic balance dysfunction after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合西医脑血管疾病的诊断标准； （2）符合中医中风的诊断标准； （3）小于两次的中风，病程为14—150天； （4）年龄40-75岁，性别不限； （5）Berg 平衡量表低于30分； （6）患者神志清楚，病情稳定； （7）患者愿意采用该方法进行治疗，并签知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. It conforms to the diagnostic standard of western medicine cerebrovascular disease; 2. It conforms to the TCM diagnostic standard of stroke; 3. Less than two strokes (including twice), the onset time is 14-- 150 days; 4. Aged between 40 and 75 years old; 5. Berg score is less than 30; 6. The patient is conscious and the vital signs are stable; 7. Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）短暂性脑缺血发作，可逆性神经功能缺损等； （2）神经功能缺损由脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑寄生虫病、心脏病、代谢障碍等疾病引起； （3）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （4）合并其他脏器、造血和内分泌系统等严重的原发性疾病、精神疾病患者； （5）理解能力障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Transient ischemic attack, reversible neurological impairment, etc; 2. Neurological deficit is caused by brain tumor, brain injury, heart disease, etc; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Heart, liver, kidney and other serious primary diseases; 5. Understanding disability.
