研究目的：

采用经颅磁刺激技术，观察电针对慢性颈痛患者大脑运动皮层可塑性变化的影响，为针灸临床治疗慢性颈痛提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

Using transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to evaluate the effects of electroacupuncture on neuroplastic changes in the motor cortex of patients with chronic neck pain with the aim of providing evidence-based insights for clinical acupuncture treatment of this condition.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.慢性颈痛患者的纳入标准： （1）符合慢性颈痛的诊断标准 （2）以颈部疼痛不适或颈椎活动受限为主诉，3分≤ VAS评分＜6分（中度）且病程≥3 个月； （3）右利手，18 岁≤年龄≤30 岁； （4）近3个月内未接受过任何外周刺激（如针灸、外周电刺激等）及中枢刺激（如rTMS、tDCS等）； （5）愿意接受电针治疗，无晕针史； （6）愿意配合研究，依从性好，并签署知情同意书。 2.健康受试者的纳入标准： （1）右利手，18 岁≤年龄≤30 岁； （2）既往健康（世界卫生组织关于健康的定义：健康是一种在身体、精神上的完满状态，以及良好的适应力，而不仅仅是没有疾病和衰弱的状态），近1个月无身体及精神上不适； （3）近3个月内未接受过任何外周刺激（如针灸、外周电刺激等）及中枢刺激（如rTMS、tDCS等）； （4）签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion Criteria for Chronic Neck Pain Patients (1) Meet diagnostic criteria for chronic neck pain (ICD-11 code: ME84.2) (2) Primary complaints of neck pain/stiffness or restricted cervical mobility with:  - 3 ≤ Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score < 6 (moderate intensity)  - Symptom duration ≥ 3 months (3) Right-handedness aged 18-30 years (4) No peripheral stimulation (e.g. acupuncture transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) or central nervous system stimulation (e.g. repetitive TMS [rTMS] transcranial direct current stimulation [tDCS]) within the past 3 months (5) Willingness to receive electroacupuncture treatment with no history of acupuncture syncope (6) Compliance with study protocols and provision of written informed consent 2. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Volunteers (1) Right-handedness aged 18-30 years (2) Asymptomatic status according to WHO health definition*:  "Health is a state of complete physical mental and social well-being not merely the absence of disease or infirmity"  - No physical/psychological discomfort reported within the past month (3) No peripheral or central stimulation interventions (as defined above) within the past 3 months (4) Voluntary participation with signed informed consent

排除标准：

（1）脑血管疾病、神经系统变性病，中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病等神经系统疾病； （2）精神分裂症、双向情感障碍等精神系统疾患； （3）严重高血压、糖尿病、脑外伤、恶性肿瘤、癫痫等病史； （4）非法药物使用史及过量饮酒史； （5）体内有金属残留物者（包括义齿、起搏器、神经刺激器、医疗泵等） ； （6）对TMS畏惧以及其它原因不能进行TMS刺激者； （7）妊娠妇女。 （8）有局部皮肤破损、感染、溃疡、肿瘤等现象，及凝血障碍或出血性疾病等不可针刺者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Neurological disorders including:  - Cerebrovascular diseases  - Neurodegenerative disorders  - Demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system (2) Psychiatric disorders:  - Schizophrenia  - Bipolar disorder (3) Medical history of:  - Uncontrolled hypertension (≥160/100 mmHg)  - Diabetes mellitus with complications  - Traumatic brain injury  - Malignant tumors  - Epilepsy (4) History of illicit drug use or excessive alcohol consumption (5) Metallic implants (e.g. dental prostheses cardiac pacemakers neurostimulators infusion pumps) (6) Contraindications to TMS:  - Phobia of TMS procedures  - Other TMS-incompatible conditions (7) Pregnancy (confirmed by β-hCG test) (8) Absolute contraindications to acupuncture:  - Local skin lesions (ulceration infection neoplasms)  - Coagulopathies or hemorrhagic disorders

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

30例慢性颈痛患者采取简单随机化方法，应用PEMS3.1 for Windows“完全随机（两组及多组）设计”程序产生随机数字（研究对象总数＝30，处理组数＝2），得出顺序号，制作随机卡片，加信封密封。1电针组，2代表假针组。合格志愿者进入试验时，按具体进入的先后次序以信封上的序号顺序拆开信封，依照随机卡片上的提示进行顺序分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Thirty patients with chronic neck pain were randomly randomized and PEMS3.1 for Windows "complete randomization (two groups and multiple groups) design" program was used to generate random numbers (total number of study subjects=30 number of treatment groups=2) and the sequence number was obtained random cards were made and envelopes were sealed. 1 electroacupuncture group 2 represents the sham acupuncture group. When qualified volunteers enter the trial they will open the envelopes in the order of the serial number on the envelope according to the specific order of entry and group them in order according to the prompts on the random cards.
