研究目的：

评估真实世界中针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效和安全性，探究针刺疗效的影响因素以及针刺治疗的卫生经济学优势及推广应用价值。

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial nerve palsy in the real world and to investigate the factors influencing the efficacy of acupuncture as well as the health economic advantages and the value of promoting the use of acupuncture.

纳入标准：

1.符合周围性面神经麻痹的诊断标准； 2.自愿参与本研究，患者或其家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for peripheral facial nerve palsy; 2. To participate in this study voluntarily, patients or their families sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.存在意识障碍失明失聪等不能配合相关检查及治疗的患者; 2.正在参与其他临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with consciousness disorder, blindness, deafness, etc. who cannot cooperate with relevant examination and treatment; 2. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
