研究目的：

评估经腧穴局解选穴法治疗的中风后吞咽障碍患者临床治疗的有效性，为临床治疗提供新思路、新方法，为在临床工作中推广进行初步指导。并寄希望于进一步阐述针刺治疗在外周神经生理病理中的机制。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of the clinical treatment of patients with dysphagia after apoplexy treated by the method of acupoints and points to provide new ideas and new methods for clinical treatment and to provide preliminary guidance for promotion in clinical work. It is also hoped to further elucidate the mechanism of acupuncture treatment in peripheral neurophysiology and pathology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄40～80岁患者； ②符合中医及现代医学诊断标准； ③首次发病，病程0.5-6个月； ④吞咽功能未完全丧失，洼田饮水试验达2级以上； ⑤可耐受0.5～1h的治疗； ⑥能配合表面肌电检查及吞咽相关的评估； ⑦无其他重大疾病；

Inclusion criteria

① patients aged 40 ~ 80 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine; ③ First onset duration of disease 0.5-6 months; ④ The swallowing function was not completely lost and the drinking water test reached level 2 or above; ⑤ can tolerate 0.5 ~ 1h treatment; ⑥ can cooperate with surface electromyography and swallowing related assessment; ⑦ No other major diseases;

排除标准：

①患有严重血液系统疾病，或者肝心肾功能异常； ②有鼻咽喉部肿瘤，慢性感染等病变，有甲状腺疾患； ③针刺部位有感染； ④高级智能明显减退，或者存在精神疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

① suffering from severe blood system diseases or abnormal liver heart and kidney function; ② There are tumors in the nose and throat chronic infections and thyroid diseases; ③ The acupuncture site is infected; (4) Obvious decline in advanced intelligence or the existence of mental illness;

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

按照数字1-90对90个信封逐个编号，开始时，在随机数字表选择随意的一个数字，然后依次抽取剩下的89个数字，选择数字要在数字表上沿着相同的方向和顺序选。选择数字后，每个数字都除以2，求除法后的余数，能够被２整除的数字列入腧穴局解选穴法组，不能被２整除的数字列入常规选穴法组。然后按照1到90的编号制作随机卡，每张卡片上标注数字的组别和接受的治疗方法，最后装入信封中由专人保存。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Number each of the 90 envelopes one by one with the numbers 1-90. Start by selecting a random number in the random number table and then draw the remaining 89 numbers in turn choosing the numbers in the same direction and order on the number table. After the selection of numbers each number is divided by 2 and the remainder after division is obtained. The numbers that can be evenly divided by 2 are included in the acupoint method group and the numbers that cannot be evenly divided by 2 are included in the conventional acupoint method group. Random cards numbered from 1 to 90 were made with each card marked with the number group and the treatment received and finally placed in an envelope for personal storage.
