研究目的：

本研究主要通過文獻回顧優選出中醫穴位療法治療功能性便秘的穴位，觀察所優選出的穴位進行按摩對改善功能性便秘伴焦慮狀況的短期及長期效果。了解功能性便秘的穴位按摩改善對策及功能性便秘與心理健康的關係。

Objectives of Study：

This study mainly used literature review to select acupoints for the treatment of functional constipation with TCM acupoint therapy, and observe the short-term and long-term effects of massage on the selected acupoints to improve functional constipation with anxiety. Understand the countermeasures of acupoint massage for functional constipation and the relationship between functional constipation and mental health.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合《羅馬IV診斷標準》； 2. 年齡介乎18至64歲，性別不限； 3. 患有中度以下的焦慮狀態的患者； 4. 意識清楚、無語言及溝通障礙者； 5. 有一定的理解及閱讀能力，文化程度小學以上； 6. 治療前 2 週內沒有接受其他藥物治療； 7. 患者及家屬知情同意且簽署知情同意書。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the "Rome IV Diagnostic Criteria"; 2. Aged 18 to 64 years; 3. Patients suffering from an anxiety state below moderate; 4. People with clear consciousness, no language and communication barriers; 5. Have a certain level of comprehension and reading ability, education level above elementary school; 6. Did not receive other medications within 2 weeks before treatment; 7. The patients and their family members gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 腸易激綜合症患者； 2. 正在服用影響腸道功能的藥物的志願者； 3. 伴其他消化道器質性疾病或其他疾病累及胃道疾病； 4. 伴心腦血管疾病、肝腎功能不全、血液系統疾病； 5. 因服用抗抑鬱藥或抗帕金森病等藥物引起的便秘； 6. 外科手術恢復期或伴有急性胃腸疾病的； 7. 患有中度以上的焦慮症、抑鬱症或其他嚴重精神疾病等患者； 8. 排除興奮药物過量、催眠鎮静药物，或抗焦慮药的戒斷反應，强迫症、恐惧症、疑病症、神經衰弱、躁狂症、抑鬰症，或精神分裂症等伴發的焦慮症； 9. 妊娠期或哺乳期婦女； 10. 資料不全影響判斷者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with irritable bowel syndrome; 2. Volunteers who are taking drugs that affect intestinal function; 3. Accompanied by other organic diseases of the digestive tract or other diseases involving gastrointestinal diseases; 4. With cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, and blood system diseases; 5. Constipation caused by taking antidepressants or anti-Parkinson's disease drugs; 6. During the recovery period from surgery or accompanied by acute gastrointestinal diseases; 7. Patients suffering from moderate or higher anxiety, depression, or other serious mental illnesses; 8. Exclude stimulant drug overdose, hypnotic sedative drugs, or withdrawal reaction of anti-anxiety drugs, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobia, hypochondriasis, neurasthenia, mania, schizophrenia, or schizophrenia and other accompanying anxiety disorders; 9. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 10. Incomplete information affects judges.
