研究目的：

观察在真实环境下使用针刺疗法对缺血性脑卒中患者复发情况、生活质量的影响，评价针刺疗法对于脑卒中的疗效和安全性，为针刺疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中提供更全面而有力的证据。

Objectives of Study：

Observe the effects of using acupuncture therapy in the real-world on the recurrence and quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke, and evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合缺血性卒中诊断； (2)分期为缺血性卒中恢复期，后遗症期的患者； (3)愿意接受针刺治疗，并签署知情同意书； (4)能配合定期随访，随访形式包含电话随访或患者至医院进行随访；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnosis of ischemic stroke; (2) The stage is the recovery period of ischemic stroke or the patients with sequelae; (3) Willing to choose a traditional Chinese medicine method: Chinese medicine group, acupuncture and medicine combination group or modern medical treatment method, and sign informed consent; (4) Able to cooperate with regular follow-up which includes telephone follow-up or patient to the hospital for follow-up.

排除标准：

患有严重的精神疾病、认知障碍，无个人行为能力，研究者认为不适宜参与临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Suffering from severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, and no personal behavior ability, the researcher evaluates that it is not suitable to participate in this clinical research.
