研究目的：

通过设计严谨的实用性随机对照研究，探索与单纯药物治疗相比，在常规药物治疗的基础上给予针灸治疗是否能更好的治疗带状疱疹以及预防疱疹后神经痛的发生，改善患者的生活质量。

Objectives of Study：

The pragmatic randomised controlled trial will be conducted to explore whether acupuncture combined with western medicine has better advantages for acute herpes zoster treatment and postherpetic neuralgia preventionin than western medicine alone.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合带状疱疹诊断标准者； ②年龄≥18岁者； ③确诊为带状疱疹且水疱期≤3天者； ④签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。

Inclusion criteria

① Subjects who meet the diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster; ② Patients over age 18 years; ③ Diagnosis as herpes zoster and blisters occur within 3 days; ④ Patients voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent forms.

排除标准：

①意识不清、不能表达主观不适症状者及精神病患者； ②恶性肿瘤或其它严重消耗性疾病，易合并感染及出血者； ③患有艾滋病等免疫功能严重低下者； ④合并有高热、肺炎、脑炎等患者； ⑤诊断为眼、耳带状疱疹及播散性、出血性、坏疽性带状疱疹者； ⑥存在药物或针灸使用禁忌症者； ⑦孕妇及哺乳期妇女； ⑧不能完成随访者。 ⑨研究者认为其他原因不适合参加研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Consciousness disorders , expressive disorder and mental disorders; ② Malignant tumor or other serious wasting disease, and susceptible to concomitant infection and bleeding; ③ Suffering from HIV infection and other severe impaired immune function; ④ Patients merged with high fever, pneumonia and encephalitis; ⑤ Diagnosis as herpes zoster ophthalmicus, herpes zoster oticus, disseminated herpes zoster, hemorrhagic herpes zoster or gangrenous herpes zoster; ⑥ With contraindications for the use of western medicine or acupuncture; ⑦ Planning pregnancy and lactating women; ⑧ Subjects who are not sure whether they will complete the follow up; ⑨ Other factors that researchers considered inappropriate for participation.

采用分层区组随机，随机序列由专人保管，由经过培训的病例采集者确定合格的研究对象并签署知情同意后，通过短信或微信将研究对象的基本信息发送给序列号保管员，由保管员集中给予随机序列的发放，从而确定分组和相应的治疗方案。

Stratified block randomization.The random sequence is kept by special personnel. Trained case gatherers send the basic information of the subjects to the random sequence manager via SMS or wechat. The manager will centrally distribute the random sequence to determine the grouping and corresponding treatment plan.
