研究目的：

通过化脓灸联合中西医常规疗法治疗结肠癌患者，拟证实化脓灸对患者腹痛腹胀、乏力、恶心、食欲不振等临床症状，机体免疫功能及疼痛、睡眠等生活质量的改善作用，以期为艾灸在结肠癌的临床应用提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

Through suppurate moxibustion combined with conventional therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with colon cancer, it is intended to confirm the effect of suppurate moxibustion on abdominal pain, abdominal distension, nausea, loss of appetite and other clinical symptoms, immune function, pain, sleep and other quality of life, in order to provide scientific basis for the clinical application of moxibustion in colon cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合结肠癌的诊断标准，根据国际抗癌联盟 (UICC)TNM分期标准，确诊为结肠癌II-IV期术后行辅助化疗患者； 2.年龄≥ 30 岁，≤ 75 岁，性别不限； 3.卡氏评分(KPS评分) ≥ 60 分； 4.理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. In line with the diagnostic criteria of colon cancer, according to the International Union Against Cancer (UICC) TNM staging criteria, diagnosed with colon cancer stage II-IV postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy; 2. Aged 30-75 years, gender is not limited; 3. Karnofsky score (KPS score) >= 60 points; 4. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.糖尿病血糖控制欠佳或伴周围神经病变患者； 2.急性肝炎或肝炎活动期患者； 3.体表皮肤破损，或罹患严重皮肤病者； 4.对化疗药物或艾灸过敏，不能耐受者； 5.病情危重、生活无法自理者； 6.伴有严重的心、脑、肾等器质性疾患或骨髓造血功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with poor blood sugar control in diabetes or with peripheral neuropathy; 2. Patients with acute hepatitis or active hepatitis; 3. Those with damaged skin on the body surface, or suffering from severe skin diseases; 4. Those who are allergic to chemotherapy drugs or moxibustion and cannot tolerate them; 5. Those who are seriously ill and unable to take care of themselves; 6. Those with severe heart, brain, kidney and other organic diseases or bone marrow hematopoietic dysfunction.
