研究目的：

研究补肾中药二至天癸方在高龄不孕IVF患者中的临床效果。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the role of kidney-tonifying Chinese medicine Erzhi Tiangui Granules in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) in advanced age women.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄35-42周岁；月经期FSH＜12mIU/ml，窦卵泡数＞5个；②因输卵管因素拟行IVF患者；③肝肾功能正常，无妇科及其他全身疾病。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 35-42 years old; FSH <12mIU/ml, the number of antral follicles > 5; ② Patients with tubal factors to undergo IVF; ③ Normal liver and kidney function, no gynecological and other systemic diseases.

排除标准：

①子宫畸形（包括单角子宫、宫腔粘连等）②重症疾病，包括心脑血管疾病、肝、肾、造血系统疾病、精神疾病;③最近6个月内接受过激素药物治疗的;④对本研究使用的药物过敏;⑤近三个月内服用其他治疗不孕症的中药。

Exclusion criteria：

①Uterine malformation,including single horn uterus, uterine cavity adhesion;②Severe diseases, including diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems, and mental illness; ③Received hormone drug therapy within last six month; ④ Allergic to the drug used in this study; ⑤Taken other traditional Chinese medicine treating infertility in the past three month.
