研究目的：

探讨双侧头针电刺激治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的有效性

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of bilateral cephalic acupuncture in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）符合上述脑卒中西医诊断标准，并经头颅CT或MRI影像学检查证实； 2）45岁≤年龄≤75岁 3）经MoCA量表筛查确定有认知功能障碍：MoCA<26； 4）病程在卒中后6个月内； 5）病情稳定，意识清醒； 6）患者本人签署或由其直系亲属代签知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) It meets the above-mentioned western diagnostic criteria for stroke and has been confirmed by head CT or MRI imaging examination; 2) 45 ≤ Age ≤75 3) Cognitive impairment confirmed by MoCA scale screening: MoCA< 26. 4) Course of disease within 6 months after stroke; 5) His condition is stable and he is conscious; 6) Informed consent signed by the patient himself or his immediate family member.

排除标准：

1）存在严重视力或听力障碍、精神障碍等影响认知检查者； 2）发病前有明显智力减退、痴呆病史； 3）合并严重的心、肝、肾疾衰竭，恶性肿瘤，消化道大出血等疾病； 4）妊娠及哺乳期女性； 5）正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those with severe visual or hearing impairment or mental disorders that affect cognitive tests; 2) History of obvious mental retardation and dementia before onset; 3) Complicated with serious heart, liver and kidney disease failure, malignant tumor, massive gastrointestinal bleeding and other diseases; 4) Pregnant and lactating women; 5) Participants in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the study results.
