研究目的：

通过设计严格的、规范的随机对照试验，并采用单盲的研究方法，探索超声引导下针刺委中穴得气对膀胱输尿管喷尿频率、膀胱容积的改变，并探讨其间的联系，分别观察针刺委中穴得气（观察组）与不得气（对照组）的情况下，针尖与委中穴位区域解剖结构及得气与功能之间的关系，为提高临床针刺技术的安全性和有效性提供标准化、可视化的试验依据。

Objectives of Study：

With the strict and standard design of randomized controlled trials, and USES the research method of the single blind, explore the ultrasound guided needle bilateral much air holes on the bladder ureter urinary frequency, bladder volume change, and to explore the connections, respectively to observe the acupuncture committee is much air hole (observation group) and shall not (control group) under the condition of gas, The relationship between needle tip and regional anatomical structure of Weizhong acupoint as well as qi extraction and function provides a standardized and visual experimental basis for improving the safety and effectiveness of clinical acupuncture techniques.

纳入标准：

1）自愿作为受试对象，签署知情同意书者 2）年龄18-35岁，男女不限 3）18.5＜BMI＜26

Inclusion criteria

1) Those who voluntarily sign informed consent as subjects 2) Age 18-35, male or female 3）18.5 < BMI < 26

排除标准：

1) 凡腧穴部位皮肤有感染者，畏针者 2) 经检查发现有器质性病变者 3) 有心血管、肺、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病患者，精神性疾病者 4) 近期服用精神类或影响排尿功能药物者 5) 不能配合或不愿意接受针刺者 6) 3个月内参加过或正在参加其他临床研究者 7) 研究者认为不宜入选本临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who have infected skin on acupoints and are afraid of needles 2) Organic lesions have been found by examination 3) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and psychiatric diseases 4) Recent use of psychotropic drugs or drugs affecting urination function 5) Unable to cooperate or unwilling to accept acupuncture 6) Have participated in or are currently participating in other clinical investigators within 3 months 7) The investigator considers the candidate unsuitable for inclusion in this clinical trial

本试验采用区组随机的方法进行分组，用SPSS23.0软件生成随机数字表，并制作成随机分配卡片，用不透明信封密封，信封序号与卡片序号相同。病例按其就诊的先后次序由独立的助理研究员拆号码相同的信封并告知针灸师，按信封内卡片规定的分组将所观察的病例随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例进行相应的干预。
