研究目的：

系统阐释针刺改善大脑半球卒中后吞咽障碍的神经康复机制。为针刺治疗大脑半球卒中后吞咽障碍提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

Systematically explain the neuralogocal rehabilitation mechanism of acupuncture in improving dysphagia after cerebral stroke. This project will provide scientific basis for acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after cerebral stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①临床诊断为首发单侧脑梗死或脑出血，并经头颅CT或MRI证实；②在反复唾液吞咽试验和洼田饮水试验中表现为吞咽障碍；③脑卒中病程及吞咽障碍持续时间在1-6个月之间；④患者神志清楚，生命体征平稳，无发热和肺部感染；⑤年龄50-75岁；⑥知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

① The clinical diagnosis was first unilateral cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, which was confirmed by head CT or MRI; ② dysphagia was found in repeated saliva swallowing test and WADA drinking water test; ③ the duration of stroke and dysphagia was between 1-6 months; ④ the patient had clear mind, stable vital signs, no fever and pulmonary infection; ⑤ the age was 50-75 years old; ⑥ informed consent.

排除标准：

①既往有脑卒中病史；②既往有吞咽困难病史；③合并有严重认知功能障碍、失语；④无法完成头颅核磁检查及不能配合检查与治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those who have a history of stroke; ②those who have a history of dysphagia;③ those who have severe cognitive impairment and aphasia; ④those who can't complete the head MRI examination and can't cooperate with the examination and treatment.
