研究目的：

1.分析针刺对颈型颈椎病患者临床行为学改变，观察针刺对疼痛回路相关脑区的干预，证实针刺对颈型颈椎病患者的疼痛回路中ACC等感兴趣脑区的调节是改善疼痛障碍的重要途径。 2、观察针刺效应中的即时效应、持续效应和积累效应的脑功成像特点，观察针刺效应的作用规律，为临床选择恰当的针刺介入时机提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. Analyze the clinical behavioral changes of patients with cervical spondylosis by acupuncture, and observe the intervention of acupuncture on the brain regions related to the pain circuit. An important way to improve pain disorders. 2. To observe the brain function imaging characteristics of immediate effect, continuous effect and cumulative effect of acupuncture effect, observe the law of action of acupuncture effect, and provide theoretical basis for clinical selection of appropriate acupuncture intervention time.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①20至40岁。②符合颈型颈椎病的分类标准，该标准经临床评估（包括使用X射线/ MRI）至少持续6个月。③视觉模拟量表(VAS)上的疼痛强度> 3/10。

Inclusion criteria

①20 to 40 years old. ② Meet the classification criteria for cervical spondylosis of the cervical type, which has been clinically assessed (including the use of X-ray/MRI) for at least 6 months. ③ Pain intensity on the visual analog scale (VAS) > 3/10.

排除标准：

①合并有其它类型的颈椎病（例如：头晕，四肢麻木，椎管狭窄，感染）。②有神经系统、心理疾病。③药物滥用或依赖史。④有金属假牙、fMRI禁忌证和针刺禁忌证者。⑤检查当日服用任何影响神经系统的药物和饮料。

Exclusion criteria：

① Combined with other types of cervical spondylosis (eg: dizziness, numbness of limbs, spinal stenosis, infection). ② have nervous system, mental illness. ③ History of drug abuse or dependence. ④ Those with metal dentures, fMRI contraindications and acupuncture contraindications. ⑤ Take any medicines and beverages that affect the nervous system on the day of the examination.

由不参与治疗的统计人员按随机数字表法将颈型颈椎病患者随机分为针刺治疗组、假针刺组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group and sham acupuncture group according to the random number table method by statisticians who did not participate in the treatment.

盲法：

由于针灸临床的特殊性，不能采用严格标准的盲法进行评价，故由不知分组情况的第三者进行疗效评价；实行疗效评价者、操作者及统计人员三分离。对受试者（受试者接受安慰针灸或者真针刺）、疗效评价者及统计分析人员施盲。

Blinding：

Due to the particularity of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion, a strict standard blind method cannot be used for evaluation, so the efficacy evaluation is carried out by a third party who does not know the grouping status. Subjects (subjects receiving placebo acupuncture or real acupuncture), efficacy evaluators and statistical analysts were blinded.
