研究目的：

观察中药穴位贴敷（开胃止痛贴）干预儿童功能性消化不良（脾胃虚寒证）的有效性及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine (Kaiwei Zhitong paste) in the intervention of children with functional dyspepsia (spleen stomach deficiency cold syndrome).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

研究满足下列全部条件者方可入选： （1）符合儿童FD西医诊断标准及中医证候诊断标准； （2）年龄1～14岁（≤14岁），无性别限制； （3）同意按照试验方案的要求配合用药和接受评估； （4）必须征得受试者的法定监护人的知情同意并自愿签署知情同意书；当受试者能做参加临床试验决定时，还必须征得受试者本人的同意。 不符合上述条件之一者，不得作为受试者入选。

Inclusion criteria

Only those who meet all the following conditions can be selected: (1) It meets the western medicine diagnostic criteria and TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria of FD in children; (2) The age ranged from 1 to 14 years old (≤ 14 years old) with no sex restriction; (3) Agree to cooperate with the medication and accept the evaluation according to the requirements of the test plan; (4) The informed consent of the legal guardian of the subject must be obtained and the informed consent form must be signed voluntarily; When the subject can make the decision to participate in the clinical trial the consent of the subject must also be obtained. Those who do not meet one of the above conditions shall not be selected as subjects.

排除标准：

研究满足下列标准中的任何一点者即需排除： （1）器质性疾病引起的消化不良，如急慢性胃肠炎、消化性溃疡、胃肠手术史、急慢性肝炎、神经性厌食症、某些药物引起的厌食症； （2）同时治疗可引起便秘或胃肠道运动增强情况； （3）中、重度营养不良； （4）存在心血管、神经、呼吸、肝胆、泌尿系统等严重原发疾病； （5）精神障碍、智力障碍和/或沟通障碍； （6）明确对试验药品或其制剂成份过敏，或过敏体质者； （7）在过去12周内参加过临床试验； （8）研究者认为不宜参加本临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who meet any of the following criteria shall be excluded: (1) Dyspepsia caused by organic diseases such as acute and chronic gastroenteritis peptic ulcer gastrointestinal surgery history acute and chronic hepatitis anorexia nervosa anorexia caused by some drugs; (2) At the same time the treatment can cause constipation or gastrointestinal motility enhancement; (3) Moderate and severe malnutrition; (4) There are serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular nervous respiratory hepatobiliary and urinary system; (5) Mental intellectual and/or communication disorders; (6) Those who are clearly allergic to the test drug or its preparation ingredients or allergic constitution; (7) Participated in clinical trials in the past 12 weeks; (8) The investigator believes that it is not appropriate to participate in this clinical trial.

采用区组随机的方法，以中心为分层因素，各医院的病例分配数及随机比例生成随机数字分组表。将随机确定的各医院分配的药物编号，每一医院分配相互衔接的连续编码药物。
