研究目的：

明确靳三针疗法治疗轻中度抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性, 并且进行转录组学及全基因组DNA甲基化分析，进一步探讨靳三针治疗轻中度抑郁症作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

To further clarify the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture (Jin's three-needle) in the treatment of mild to moderate depression and conduct transcriptome and whole-genome DNA methylation analyses to further investigate the underlying mechanisms of Acupuncture (Jin's three-needle) in treating mild to moderate depression

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合《精神障碍诊断统计手册》（DSM-5）关于抑郁症诊断，HAMD评分≥8分,且HAMD评分＜25的轻中度抑郁症患者； ②年龄：18至45周岁； ③能签定知情同意书，自愿参加本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

①Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) with a HAMD-17 score between 8 and 25points; ② Patients aged 18-45years regardless of gender; ③Patients are voluntary and able to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①双相抑郁、难治性抑郁、自杀倾向（HAMD第三项评分大于2分）者； ②直系亲属或个人精神病史； ③严重身体健康状况(经医生评估)； ④妊娠试验阳性； ⑤三个月内接受针灸相关疗法治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

① bipolar depression treatment-resistant depression suicidal tendency (HAMD third score greater than 2 points); ② Immediate family or personal history of mental illness; ③Serious physical health (as assessed by a doctor); ④ Positive pregnancy test; ⑤ Receive acupuncture treatment within three months.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用中央随机分配法，将受试者按 1:1 随机分配至针刺组和假针组。随机分配由医院临床研究中心专门人员 采用SAS 9.4 软件按照 1：1 完成程序编写和随机。各临床研究中心按照申请随机编码流程获得随机号码，直到完成总观察病例数后结束。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Subjects will be randomly assigned 1:1 to the acupuncture group and the sham acupuncture group using the central random assignment method. The program will be written and randomized 1:1 by the specialized staff of the hospital clinical research center using SAS 9.4 software. Each clinical research center receives a random number according to the application random coding process until the total number of observed cases is completed.
