研究目的：

主要目的： 本研究采用针刺干预的方法，通过检测患者眼表神经密度、眼表免疫细胞数量、泪液炎症因子（IL-8、IL-9、MMP-9、IL-17A），进一步探索针刺对于干眼眼表疼痛的作用机制。次要目的： 评价针刺治疗对干眼症眼表疼痛的临床疗效并验证针刺在干眼症治疗中的安全性和可行性。

Objectives of Study：

Main Objectives: In this study acupuncture intervention was used to detect the ocular surface nerve density the number of ocular surface immune cells and tear inflammatory factors (IL-8 IL-9 MMP-9 IL-17A) so as to further explore the mechanism of acupuncture on ocular surface pain in dry eye. Secondary objectives: To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture on ocular surface pain of dry eye and verify the safety and feasibility of acupuncture in the treatment of dry eye.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合干眼诊断标准；同时伴有眼痛感 ＞干涩感、 烧灼感 、 异物感等眼表神经痛症状之一。 （2）年龄>18岁，<40岁 （3）麻醉剂治疗有效 （4）除干眼外无其他活动性炎症，无严重心脑血管及全身疾病； （5）治疗期内未进行其他治疗、未服用其他药物； （6）签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) meet the diagnostic criteria of dry eye; At the same time it was accompanied by ocular pain > dryness burning sensation foreign body sensation and one of the symptoms of ocular surface neuralgia. (2) age >18 years old <40 years old (3) Anesthetic treatment was effective (4) no other active inflammation except dry eye no serious cardiovascular cerebrovascular and systemic diseases; (5) no other treatment or medication was taken during the treatment period; (6) Informed consent was signed

排除标准：

（1）因青光眼、带状疱瘆等其他疾病导致的眼痛患者 （2）在使用除本研究治疗方式外方法进行干眼治疗者 （3）角膜知觉异常 （4）６个月内有眼部手术史或外伤史 （5）１个月内有角膜接触镜佩戴史 （6）合并其他基础疾病，需要长期服药或全身重大疾病者 （7）妊娠期 、 哺乳期女性

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with eye pain caused by other diseases such as glaucoma herpes zoster (2) dry eye treatment using methods other than those used in this study (3) abnormal corneal sensation (4) history of ocular surgery or trauma within 6 months (5) contact lens wearing history within 1 month (6) complicated with other underlying diseases requiring long-term medication or serious systemic diseases (7) pregnant and lactating women

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由负责人为每个受试者分配一个唯一的顺序编号。使用随机数生成器产生一个随机数序列。将108名受试者随机划分为对照组（n=36）、治疗组 A（n=36）和治疗组 B（n=36），按照随机数从小到大的顺序，前36名分配到对照组，中间36名分配到治疗组 A，后36名分配到治疗组 B。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A unique sequence number was assigned to each subject by the person in charge. A random number generator was used to generate a sequence of random numbers. 108 subjects were randomly divided into control group (n=36) treatment group A (n=36) and treatment group B (n=36). According to the random number from small to large the first 36 subjects were assigned to control group the middle 36 to treatment group A and the last 36 to treatment group B.
