研究目的：

观察电针治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果，并进一步探究不同波形电针对治疗效果的影响，从而筛选出优效的电针参数，为电针治疗CP/CPPS标准化提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to further evaluate the efficacy of electroacupuncture (EA) on CP/CPPS and compare the effects of EA with different waveforms to provide reliable evidence and optimize the waveform of EA on CP/CPPS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合美国国立卫生研究院专家诊疗共识制定的慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征（CP/CPPS）诊断标准； 2.年龄在18-50岁之间； 3.NIH-CPSI总评分≥15分； 4.自愿参加本临床研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with Chronic prostatitis/Chronic pelvic pain syndrome according to the National Institutes of Health consensus criteria; 2. Patient aged 18 to 50 years old; 3. NIH Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (NIH-CPSI) total score>=15; 4. Patients agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.既往有前列腺手术或侵入性治疗史者； 2.合并有严重的心、肝、肾、神经系统疾病或精神病患者； 3.存在针刺禁忌； 4.无法配合研究工作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of prostate surgery or invasive treatment; 2. Severe heart, liver, kidney, nervous system disease or mental illness; 3. A taboo on acupuncture treatment; 4. Failure to cooperate with researchers.

由独立的统计人员采用分层区组随机化方法，使用SAS 9.4统计分析软件的“Proc plan”程序，将中心作为分层因素，设定中心数为2，区组大小设为6，按照1：1：1的比例将受试者随机分为三组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The "Proc Plan" program of SAS 9.4 software was used to generate the random scheme by independent statisticians. The center was taken as the stratification factor,and the number of centers was set as 2 and the block size was 6. Subjects were randomly divided into three groups according to a 1:1:1.
