研究目的：

本实验拟通过随机对照试验（RCT），观察对比隔玉灸关元、气海及双子宫穴加口服中药与单纯口服中药两种方法治疗阳虚质原发性痛经的临床疗效及隔玉灸对此类患者血清PGF2α的影响作用并初步探讨其分子机制，期望能为隔玉灸治疗阳虚质原发性痛经提供临床依据。

Objectives of Study：

This experiment is to observe and compare the clinical efficacy of jade partitioned moxibustion at Guanyuan, Qihai and shuanggong points plus oral Chinese medicine and simple oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of Yang deficiency, and the effect of jade partitioned moxibustion on serum PGF2 α in such patients, and to preliminarily explore its molecular mechanism, hoping to provide clinical basis for jade partitioned moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of Yang deficiency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在15-35岁之间，月经周期22-34天之间； （2）符合原发性痛经的诊断标准者； （3）中医体质辨识属于阳虚质者； （4）自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects aged between 15 and 35 had menstrual cycle of 22-34 days; 2. Subjects meeting the diagnostic criteria of primary dysmenorrhea; 3. Subjects who belong to Yang deficiency constitution; 4. Volunteers who signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）经妇科B超、双合诊等检查有器质性病变或其他因素引起的继发性痛经者； （2）合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等危及生命的原发性疾病以及精神病患者、哮喘患者； （3）月经不规律者； （4）治疗前 1 周内服用过止痛药、镇静药者； （5）过敏体质患者及艾灸有不良反应患者； （6）准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with secondary dysmenorrhea caused by organic lesions or other factors through gynecological B-ultrasound and double diagnosis; 2. Patients with life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, psychosis and asthma; 3. Subjects with irregular menstruation; 4. Subjects who had taken painkillers and sedatives within one week before treatment; 5. Allergic constitution patients and moxibustion patients with adverse reactions; 6. Women preparing for pregnancy or lactation.
