研究目的：

评价中医热熨护理技术联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗青少年目倦（视疲劳）的疗效和安全性，探讨一项经济、安全、有效的治疗方式。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of hot ironing nursing technique combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of adolescent tiredness (asthenopia), and to explore an economical, safe and effective treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对照组：给与玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗，1d/次/眼，每日3次，14天一个疗程，干预2个疗程； 试验组：给与中医热熨治疗方法，1次/天，每次5min，同时给与玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗（给药方式与对照组相同），14天一个疗程，干预2个疗程；

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Control group: given sodium hyaluronate eye drops treatment, 1d/time/eye, 3 times a day, 14 days a course of treatment, intervention 2 courses; test group: given traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing treatment, 1 time/day, 5 minutes each time, while given sodium hyaluronate eye drops treatment (the same way of administration as the control group), 14 days a course of treatment, intervention 2 courses.

纳入标准：

(1) 8岁≤年龄≤20岁，性别不限； (2) 符合中华医学会眼科学分会视疲劳诊断标准； (3) 符合中医目倦症候诊断标准； (4) 自愿加入本研究，受试者及监护人签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) 8 to 20 years of age, male or female; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria of asthenopia of Chinese Society of Ophthalmology; (3) meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM symptoms of tiredness; (4) voluntarily join the study, subjects and guardians signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）任一眼部有其他器质性病变或活动性眼部疾病； （2）未校正屈光者； （3）斜视、青光眼、严重干眼症 （4）近期有眼部手术史； （5）过敏体质或试验用药物过敏； （6）试验前2周接受抗疲劳药物治疗； （7）试验前4周参加其他临床研究者； （8）内分泌紊乱； （9）具有严重的心、肝、肾等功能障碍； （10）经研究者评定不适合参加本研究的其他条件。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other organic diseases or active ocular diseases in any eye; (2) Uncorrected refraction; (3) Strabismus, glaucoma, severe dry eye; (4) Recent history of ocular surgery; (5) Allergic constitution or investigational drug allergy; (6) Receiving anti-fatigue drugs 2 weeks before the trial; (7) Participating in other clinical researchers 4 weeks before the trial; (8) Endocrine disorders; (9) With severe heart, liver, kidney and other dysfunction; (10) Other conditions that are not suitable for participating in this study as assessed by the investigator.
