研究目的：

以原发性痛经为研究对象，在评价针刺和艾灸治疗原发性痛经患者临床疗效的基础上采用功能磁共振技术探讨针刺和艾灸治疗原发性痛经的中枢机制。

Objectives of Study：

The trail aims to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea and to investigate the potential central mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion for PDM using functional magnetic resonance imaging.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）未育女性，18 岁≤年龄≤30 岁； （2）右利手； （3）符合原发性痛经的诊断标准； （4）月经周期基本正常（28±7 天）； （5）近 1个月经周期的疼痛程度评分（疼痛视觉模拟量表评分，VAS）≥4cm； （6）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. For women who have not had children, 18 years old <= 30 years old; 2. Right handed subjects; 3. Subjects meeting the diagnostic criteria of primary dysmenorrhea; 4. The menstrual cycle was normal (28 ± 7 days); 5. The pain score (VAS) of the last menstrual cycle was more than 4 cm; 6. Subjects who signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）经 B 超及妇科检查证实，由于多囊卵巢综合征、子宫肌瘤病、子宫内膜异位症等疾病或其他因素引起的继发性痛经； （2）有磁共振检查禁忌者，如幽闭恐惧症、纹身、植入铁磁金属等； （3）重度焦虑、抑郁状态者； （4）合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病； （5）妊娠、 准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （6）治疗前2周内服用过止痛药、镇静药者； （7）正在参加其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with secondary dysmenorrhea caused by polycystic ovary syndrome, hysteromyomatosis, endometriosis or other factors confirmed by B-ultrasound and gynecological examination; 2. Subjects with MRI contraindications, such as claustrophobia, tattoo, implantation of ferromagnetic metal, etc; 3. Subjects with severe anxiety and depression; 4. Subjects with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. Pregnant, pregnant or lactating women; 6. Subjects who had taken painkillers and sedatives within 2 weeks before treatment; 7. Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials.
