研究目的：

本项目充分发挥中医药治疗子宫动脉血流异常致复发性流产的特色优势。通过中医药干预，提高结该疾病的治疗有效率，为优化和推广中西医综合治疗方案提供证据。

Objectives of Study：

This project gives full play to the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating recurrent abortion caused by abnormal uterine artery blood flow.Through medical intervention, the project will improve the effective rate of the treatment of this disease, and provide evidence for the optimization and promotion of the comprehensive treatment plan of traditional Chinese and western medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合《实用妇产科学》制定的复发性流产西医诊断标准； 2.存在子宫动脉血流参数异常：一侧或双侧子宫动脉血流阻力指数（RI）>=0.8，或双侧子宫动脉收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速(S/D)之和>=12。

Inclusion criteria

1.In line with the western medicine diagnosis of recurrent abortion standards developed by the "practical obstetrics and gynecology"; 2.Abnormal uterine artery flow parameters: one or both uterine artery flow resistance index (RI) >=0.8, or the sum of peak systolic flow rate/end diastolic flow rate (S/D) of uterine arteries is >=12.

排除标准：

1.存在其他致复发性流产疾病如染色体异常、生殖系统解剖畸形、遗传性疾病、内分泌功能异常、自身免疫性抗体阳性等； 2.严重心肝肾器质性疾病； 3.合并肿瘤或血液系统疾病者； 4.有低分子肝素禁忌症，如肝肾功能不全、出血等； 5.依从性差，难以配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.There are other causes of recurrent abortion diseases such as chromosomal abnormalities, anatomical malformation of the reproductive system, genetic diseases, abnormal endocrine function, autoimmune antibody positive, etc.; 2.There are serious organic diseases of heart, liver and kidney; 3.Complicated with tumor or blood system disease; 4.There are contraindications to low molecular weight heparin, such as liver and kidney insufficiency, bleeding, etc.; 5.Poor compliance, difficult to cooperate.
