研究目的：

探讨杵针疗法在前列腺疾病围术期的影响。方法：120例前列腺疾病围手术期患者随机分为两组各60例，对照组采用常规盆底锻炼，杵针组采用盆底锻炼联合杵针疗法应用于围手术期，比较两组的干预效果。以期为术后不适的防治提供参考 。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of pestle acupuncture in perioperative period of prostate diseases. Methods: 120 patients with prostate diseases were randomly divided into two groups 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine pelvic floor exercise and the pestle acupuncture group received pelvic floor exercise combined with pestle acupuncture. It is expected to provide reference for prevention and treatment of postoperative discomfort.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1） 前列腺癌根治术后，前列腺激光剜除术后，前列腺电切术后1周仍有尿失禁、尿频、尿急的患者； （2） 诊断为前列腺相关疾病并择期手术的患者； （3） 尿垫试验（+）； （4） 年龄在50-100岁之间； （5） 患者在知晓、理解后，同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) After radical prostatectomy after laser enucleation of the prostate the patients still had urinary incontinence 1 week after electroprostatectomy Patients with frequent urination and urgency (2) Patients diagnosed with prostate-related diseases and undergoing elective surgery (3) Urine pad test (+)

排除标准：

（1） 正在参与其他试验的患者； （2） 合并心、脑、肝、肾或造血系统等严重原发性疾病的患者； （3） 有其他器质性肿瘤疾病未行手术治疗者； （4）严重抵触，依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who are participating in other trials (2) Patients with severe primary diseases of heart brain liver kidney or hematopoietic system (3) Patients with other organic tumor diseases without surgical treatment (4) Patients with severe resistance and poor compliance
