研究目的：

1.总结小儿病毒感染急性腹泻的中医证候分布规律； 2.观察评价中医药辨证论治小儿病毒感染急性腹泻的临床疗效； 3.为小儿病毒感染急性腹泻的中医应急预案提供循证依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. Summarize the distribution law of TCM syndromes in children with acute diarrhea caused by viral infection; 2. To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation in treating acute diarrhea due to viral infection in children; 3. To provide evidence-based basis for TCM emergency plan for acute diarrhea due to viral infection in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合上述小儿病毒感染急性腹泻的疾病诊断标准（包括临床诊断标准和实验室诊断标准）； 2.初次就诊时间在发病72h 内； 3.年龄在6月龄-14岁； 4.无脱水或轻、中度脱水。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria for acute diarrhea due to viral infection in children (including clinical diagnostic criteria and laboratory diagnostic criteria); 2. The first visit time is within 72 hours of the onset; 3. Age between 6 months and 14 years old; 4. No dehydration or mild or moderate dehydration.

排除标准：

1.合并有心、肝、肺、肾、内分泌代谢系统、神经系统、造血系统严重疾病者； 2.合并有其他病毒、细菌感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with serious diseases of the heart, liver, lung, kidney, endocrine and metabolic system, nervous system, and hematopoietic system; 2. Combined with other virus and bacterial infections.

采用扩大样本的随机对照非盲法临床试验研究设计。借助SPSS18.0统计分析系统产生142例受试者所接受处理（观察组及对照组1：1；其中观察组71例，对照组71例）的随机安排，即列出流水号为1-142所对应的治疗分配，流水号及随机分组信息用信封隐藏。对于初筛合格的病例，研究人员拆阅信封获取患者流水号及分组信息，进行登记后进入临床研究。
