研究目的：

①采用耳穴压豆法治疗慢性肾脏病伴认知功能障碍患者，通过观察治疗前后患者的主客观指标来判断临床疗效，为非药物疗法治疗慢性肾脏病认知损害的临床应用提供依据。 ②利用耳穴压豆法的中医外治方法改善慢性肾脏病伴轻度认知功能障碍患者的日常生活能力和认知能力。 ③构建以耳穴压豆为主的耳穴疗法的中医护理方法，将耳穴压豆的中医护理方法应用于慢性肾脏病伴认知功能障碍患者，并在临床上推广。

Objectives of Study：

①To treat patients with chronic kidney disease with cognitive dysfunction using auricular acupoint pressure bean method, and to judge the clinical efficacy by observing the subjective and objective indexes of patients before and after the treatment, so as to provide a basis for the clinical application of non-pharmacological therapies for the treatment of cognitive impairment in chronic kidney disease. ② To improve the daily life ability and cognitive ability of patients with chronic kidney disease with mild cognitive dysfunction by utilizing the external Chinese medicine treatment method of auricular acupoint pressure bean method. ③ Construct the Chinese medicine nursing method of auricular acupoint therapy mainly based on auricular acupoint pressure bean method, and apply the Chinese medicine nursing method of auricular acupoint pressure bean method to patients with chronic kidney disease with cognitive dysfunction, and popularize it in the clinic.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对照组：透析科常规治疗方案，即遵循透析科临床路径诊疗方案，常规药物治疗、健康宣教、慢病管理。 干预组：在常规治疗护理的基础上应用耳穴压豆的中医传统疗法。取穴：心、肾、交感、神门、皮质下；方法：将黏有王不留行籽的胶布贴在上述耳穴部位，每天用手逐穴按压2次，早、晚各1次，每穴按压1~2min至耳部有热度为宜，患者有酸、胀、痛感，力度以患者可以耐受为度。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Control group: conventional treatment program of dialysis department, i.e., follow the clinical pathway diagnosis and treatment program of dialysis department, conventional drug treatment, health education, chronic disease management. Intervention group: apply traditional Chinese medicine therapy of auricular pressure bean on the basis of conventional treatment and care. Acupuncture points: heart, kidney, sympathetic, Shenmen, subcortical. Methods: Stick the adhesive tape with Wang Bu Liuxing seeds on the above ear acupoints, and press each point by hand 2 times a day, 1 time in the morning and 1 time in the evening, and press each point for 1~2min until there is heat in the ear, and the patient has the sensation of acidity, distension, and pain, and the strength can be tolerated by the patient to the extent of the patient.

纳入标准：

①符合CKD5期诊断标准； ②年18~80周岁，男女不限； ③小学以上学历，具有一定的文化程度，可以完成量表； ④MMSE总分<24分； ⑤神经专科医生已做出相关的MCI诊断证明； ⑥受试者自愿配合治疗观察，知情并同意。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of CKD stage 5; ② aged 18~80 years old, male or female; ③Elementary school education or above, with a certain level of literacy to complete the scale; ④ Total MMSE score <24; ⑤ Neurologist has made relevant MCI diagnosis certificate; ⑥ Subjects voluntarily cooperated with the treatment observation, informed and agreed.

排除标准：

①合并脑卒中、脑动脉瘤、脑吸虫病等脑系疾病或MRI证实脑结构异常者； ②合并严重的循环、呼吸、消化、血液系统疾病者； ③合并意识障碍、焦虑、抑郁等其他精神疾病者； ④耳廓有炎症、溃疡，过敏，或治疗后局部红肿热痛等其他不良反应 ⑤同时参加其他中医疗法试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those who combine with stroke, cerebral aneurysm, cerebral schistosomiasis and other cerebral system diseases or those who have brain structure abnormality confirmed by MRI; ② Those who combine severe circulatory, respiratory, digestive, and blood system diseases; ③ Those who combine with other psychiatric diseases such as consciousness disorder, anxiety and depression; (iv) Those who have inflammation, ulceration, allergy, or other adverse reactions such as localized redness, swelling, heat and pain in the auricle after treatment ⑤ Those who are also participating in other Chinese medicine therapy trials.
