研究目的：

本研究运用经颅多普勒超声（TCD），从脑血管反应性角度研究“朱氏头皮针”长留针法促进运动功能恢复的机制，为“朱氏头皮针”长留针法的临床应用提供可靠依据，为以后优化急性缺血性脑卒中后肢体功能活动障碍治疗方案提供新思路。

Objectives of Study：

This study using transcranial doppler ultrasonography (TCD), from the perspective of cerebrovascular reactivity studies "zhu's scalp needle stitch grow promote motor function recovery mechanism, for the clinical application of" zhu's scalp needle stitch grow to provide reliable basis, for later optimization function activity obstacle after acute ischemic stroke treatment provides a new train of thought.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）符合西医急性缺血性脑卒中诊断； （2）发病1周以内的患者； （3）年龄在35‐75周岁者； （4）Fugl-Meyer量表评分≥99分； （5）首次中风患者，或复发性中风患者在本次疾病发作前已经完全恢复正常，即mRS评分为≤1分； （6）在临床研究开始前，患者本人或其法定代理人已签署知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

（1） Consistent with the diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke in Western medicine; (2) Patients within 1 week of onset; (3) persons aged 35‐75; (4) FuGL-Meyer scale score ≥99; (5) Patients with first stroke or recurrent stroke had completely returned to normal before the onset of the disease, that is, mRS score ≤1; (6) Informed consent has been signed by the patient himself or his legal representative before the clinical study begins;

排除标准：

（1）头颅CT所见颅内出血疾病：脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血等患者； （2）重度的意识障碍：NIHSS的1a意识水平的项目得分＞1分的患者； （3）短暂性脑缺血； （4）入院即脑疝形成者； （5）脑卒中失语患者； （6）认知障碍患者：MMSE评分文盲≤17分，小学≤20分，初中及以上≤24分； （7）合并严重高血压病（收缩压≥200mmHg，舒张压≥110mmHg）、糖尿病（经降糖药物治疗后，空腹血糖仍≥10mmol/L）等疾病，经治疗疾病仍未能控制者； （8）合并有跛行、骨关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、痛风性关节炎等影响肢体活动功能的疾病者； （9）缺少明确的影像学如CT、MRI等诊断证据者或影像学诊断证据不充分，无法确定诊断者； （10）排除脑外伤、中毒、癫痫后状态、瘤卒中、脑炎及躯体重要脏器功能严重障碍等引起的脑部病变患者； （11）不配合治疗者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Intracranial hemorrhage diseases observed by head CT: patients with cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage; (2) Severe disturbance of consciousness: patients with NIHSS item score of 1a consciousness level > 1; (3) Transient cerebral ischemia; (4) Patients with cerebral hernia after admission; (5) Aphasia patients with stroke; (6) Patients with cognitive impairment: MMSE score: illiteracy ≤17, primary school ≤20, middle school and above ≤24; (7) patients with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure ≥200mmHg, diastolic blood pressure ≥110mmHg), diabetes (fasting blood glucose ≥10mmol/L after hypoglycemic drug treatment) and other diseases, which are still not controlled after treatment; (8) patients with claudication, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout arthritis and other diseases affecting limb activities; (9) Lack of clear imaging diagnostic evidence such as CT and MRI, or imaging diagnostic evidence is insufficient to confirm the diagnosis; (10) Excluding patients with brain lesions caused by brain trauma, poisoning, post-epileptic state, tumor stroke, encephalitis and serious dysfunction of vital organs; (11) those who do not cooperate with treatment;
