研究目的：

本研究将纳入病历系统中既往脑梗死患者的出生与发病日期进行干支转化，总结其运气因素规律与特点，从传统中医角度为脑梗死风险预警提供支持。

Objectives of Study：

This study will incorporate the birth and onset dates of previous cerebral infarction patients in the medical record system for stem and branch transformation, summarize the rules and characteristics of luck factors, and provide support for early warning of cerebral infarction risk from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.

符合脑梗死诊断标准，病例资料完整，包含准确的阳历出生日期。

Inclusion criteria

Conformed to the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction, and with complete case data, including the accurate date of birth in the Gregorian calendar.

This study does not use the random grouping method. The attending physician will evaluate whether to accept acupuncture treatment according to the diagnosis and treatment routine and the patient's/immediate family's willingness to treat. The investigator does not intervene in the process.
