Diagnostic New Technique Clincal Study

研究目的：

通过采集膝骨关节炎患者治疗前及针灸治疗后疼痛和功能障碍评分、舌象、双腿红外热像、十二经络井穴电阻抗等指标）。建立中医装备辅助疾病/证候辨识模型；筛选可能适合疗效评价的指标，建立辅助疗效评价模型。

Objectives of Study：

The pain and dysfunction scores, tongue picture, infrared thermography of legs, electrical impedance of twelve meridians and well points of patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) before and after acupuncture and moxibustion treatment were collected. Establish a traditional Chinese medicine equipment assisted disease/syndrome identification model; Screen potential indicators suitable for efficacy evaluation and establish an auxiliary efficacy evaluation model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合西医诊断标准；②符合中医辨证分型诊断标准（包括气滞血瘀证、湿热痹阻证、寒湿痹阻证、肝肾亏虚证、气血虚弱证）；③以疼痛为主诉，疼痛程度属于中度以上（VAS≥4）；④年龄 38~70岁，性别不限；⑤志愿参与本研究的患者。同时符合以上4项条件者，予以纳入。

Inclusion criteria

① Meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; ② Meets the diagnostic criteria for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation (including Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, damp heat affecting the joints syndrome, cold dampness affecting the joints syndrome, deficiency of the liver and kidney syndrome, and Qi and blood deficiency syndrome); ③ The main complaint is pain, and the degree of pain is moderate or above (VAS ≥ 4); ④ Age range from 38 to 70 years old, regardless of gender; ⑤ Patients who volunteered to participate in this study. Those who meet the above four conditions simultaneously will be included.

排除标准：

①膝关节手术病史者；②合并心血管、肝、肾、造血系统的严重原发疾病及精神病患者；③其它疾病影响到膝关节者，如膝关节肿瘤，类风湿性关节炎，痛风等；④妊娠或哺乳期妇女；⑤下肢动脉严重狭窄者。符合以上5 项中任一项者，予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with a history of knee joint surgery; ② Severe primary diseases and psychiatric patients with combined cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems; ③ Other diseases that affect the knee joint, such as knee joint tumors, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, etc.; ④ Pregnant or lactating women; ⑤ Severe stenosis of lower limb arteries. Those who meet any of the above 5 criteria will be excluded.
